So I ordered a pair if jeans and a bra from H&M. Dter like 5 days, I realize that I never receive an email confirmation from them, so I contacted customer services and they told me that since I order stuff with the guess checkout option, I will not receive any confirmation email and so I can't track my package. Luckily, my package arrived the next morning, but whn I opened up the package, I founded my bra and... a blouse! So I never received my jeans and now they out of stock, I will return the ugly blouse they send me and pray to have a refund, but seriously it's ridiculous. I mean, there is cleary a difference between a blouse an a jeans. Anyways, I learned my lesson and will not purchase with them anymore. There are some other company with better service out here. I'm just very glad that I ony ordered two things from them.
There clothes are of rather good quality. I have a couple of shirts and I can say that they do not chnage their color after laundry. Besides, their clothes are very nice to the body.
Tsk, tsk. H&M. I found out the hard way that their shipping is a disgrace. I don't know what the hell is going on but they aren't doing things right over there when it comes to online purchases. I ordered seven items during the last week of May 2020. They were stuck in processing for two weeks, which I thought was normal due to the whole "pandemic" but after the two weeks I proceeded to then message H&M asking what on earth is going on. I understand the slight delay but I mean, after two weeks IT STILL WASN'T SHIPPED. That's problematic. It's not like the electricity is down and zombies are roaming the earth here. Get your sh** together H&M.
The "pandemic" also hasn't really stopped online stores from being in business, right? So the excuses are mute IMO and I have zero sympathy. You're a business. This is what you do. If you can't handle it, don't be in business. Period. I spoke with some customer service reps at H&M, who were polite through email and advised me that they would soon ship it. So I waited and the next day (after the two weeks) I received an email stating that my package has shipped. Great! I then proceeded to wait another two weeks to get my package of the 7 items I ordered. So altogether roughly about 7 weeks to get my stuff... That's insane. As a company, H&M, you should be ashamed lmao. You truly aren't good with Canadian shipping of online orders.
Anyways, when I got my package I noticed not only was there multiple strands of hair attached to my package, but also a large gapping hole, oh, and also, grass stains. Yep, grass stains. God only knows where this package had been. I almost laughed because my first thought was that someone had taken it and played football with it, maybe even soccer lol.
Lesson learned. I will never be purchasing from H&M online again. Quality isn't that great anyways and waiting 7-8 weeks for an order is preposterous. I highly encourage you to just go into their stores if you really want to shop there, or if you're cool with waiting a long time for an order, by all means lol.
Ordered something and it sat in Greenwood, IN for three weeks. Customer service was super rude, asked to put me on hold, then promptly hung up on me. After a month of not receiving my package, they finally allowed me to file a missing package claim and opened a case number, citing that management will be in touch. Been a week and still havne't been in touch... Moreover, almost two months later now, I finally received my package but some items don't fit and now it is past the return date. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Had always shopped at H&M before but will no longer do so.
My daughter ordered a jacket with her own money over a month ago i got an email it was shipped and is in Greenwood IN well its been sitting there for 2 weeks now. Called customer service was on hold forever, then lady who answered was rude as hell and i got hung up on. I know things are crazy right now but no need to be rude to customers. I guess I'll be shopping to find a jacket elsewhere for my daughter thanks for taking her graduation money. Will never shop or recommend H&M to anyone.
I love their clothes for toddlers ive ordered 2 packages i still have not received the worst customer service do they just hire anyone to do that job! All i want is my $#*!ing clothes its so fustrating trying to get shold of them ive got hung up on, someone came out speaking a whole other language, like wtf else! Never again!
I ordered from you on May 4th and two weeks after that I got an email that the package was lost and a refund is coming.
Since then there is no refund and no other messages about this matter. This situation is unacceptable, and needless to say outrageously unprofessional. I don't think I've ever experienced this with other providers.
H&M has the worst customer service possible. From its robo chat to live chat they do anything to discourage cancellations. I've been waiting 3 weeks for an order that hasn't even left the warehouse. They say it will be at least 10 more days. Apparently they don't do cancellations. I also called their customer service. After 20 minutes on hold they hung up.
Horrific experience. I normally shop at H and M often and love their prices but their response to covid is absolutely horrible. I ordered a package like three weeks ago and it's been saying that usps is waiting for the package to arrive to them so they can ship it. It has been saying that for days. I contacted customer support and waiting for 40 min before an agent started a chat with me and the moment the agent got on, the cat randomly stopped and wouldn't let me say anything. Then I emailed them 2 weeks ago and still no response. Absolutely trash. Extremely dissapointed. Pacsun got my order and had it at my doorstep in a week, even though covid is active. H and M is garbage, don't order online.

I ordered a few items April 13. I paid online as due to the current situation they have disabled cash or payment on delivery. Finally my things arrived May 13 and the courier requests I pay... again! I've emailed them 3 time with no response. Forget calling the company, the number disconnects and never rings. NEVER AGAIN
It's sad that company's like H&M will take advantage of this pandemic by sitting on orders, taking your money, waiting 3 weeks to tell your items are no longer available and hanging up on you once you speak with customer service. To add insult to injury they send you a little 10 percent discount, as if I ever want to order from them again.
I ordered some stuffs online in Canada, within Toronto area. It took a month for delivery. This is not a brand nor international organization, its some retail store half way around the globe trying to fool Canadians. I felt like I order some stuffs from China which took a month to deliver. My advise, dont every order from H&M,, rather go buy from wallmart. You will regret,, not worth a month wait when u pay and bought some stuffs.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts 11 days ago. In that time I have received no confirmation. I've emailed 4 times, no reply. I've called 3 times, 2 of which I was hung up on after looking for help and given nothing but attitude. Stay away from online and maybe even the place in a whole. Plus there clothes don't even stay the correct size for more than a month or 2 washes. Both times I was hung up on, it was right after I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund. That should tell you all you need to know. Maybe I just had a bad experience but after readying other reviews it seems this way for more than me. I get covid is happening. But the way they have handled everything? Hanging up? No emails? Shady.

So I ordered my two girls clothes from H&M. Waited 3 weeks to receive my package and I finally get it today. There was 3 adults XL size clothing! I ordered over $200 worth of clothes for my daughter's and I did not receive it! I called customer service the lady said she sees my package is in transit I should receive it. Then I chatted online with another rep he said my package shows delivered and he can give money back. With all the comments reading I hope I get my money back. Horrible experience! It was my first time buying from them online I will NEVER SHOP FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
I understand there is a pandemic and there is more ordering than usual but they aren't handling it well at all! They said there would be a delay, sure, but a week after I ordered they sent an email thet they are packing and shipping my order, expect a shipping confirmation soon... that was almost three days ago! When I contacted customer service, all I got was BS about covid, no explanation about the email with no follow through. Please don't lie to me, it's not good business!
