I went in 2 weeks ago and grabbed a cute kids shirt for $4.99. When I got to the register it rang up $9.99. The cashier told me I had the wrong shirt. We walked over to the rack together and all three shirts within the collection on the sign were coming up $9.99. She said the $4.99 shirt was misplaced. She asked a worker I'll call "J" for help. I could tell when J walked over, there was zero empathy for my $5 crisis (which is cool
If it's not your job to care about such things.) J said there was no $4.99 shirt in that specific collection. I misunderstood and asked if it was available online. He said, "NO it doesn't exist." Got it. I asked if they would honor the price shown. J said no because customers put things in the wrong place. I pointed out this was obviously not the case, it was apparent the signage was wrong if there wasn't a shirt available for that price anywhere. J yanked the sign down, said something like "no, not anymore" and walked away, muttering something I couldn't make out. He did not return.
I called H&M customer service and OMG. I was asked for a detailed email, pics of the signs and assigned a case number. I sent the information and didn't hear back from anyone. I called today to follow up and was told corporate is unable do anything because of Covid. She mentioned contacting the store since they would have received the "feedback" by now. I asked for the store managers name and store number- the representative didn't have that information. The number for the Quail Springs location I found online is disconnected.
Y'all, I swear this is the most Karen review you'll ever get from me. Life is hard and I'm all about grace- I'm truly not one to get hot over $5... BUT the customer service was RIDICULOUS. I worked in retail for 20+ years and this incident is so inconsistent with most experiences that I had to share. Hopefully H&M will step up their retail training in the future, take customer feedback seriously enough to send a basic response and invest in some landlines for their stores. For now H&M and I are officially on a break.
No one has gotten in touch with me. My orders haven't shipped and now i'm reading these comments... everywhere else seems to be able to get their $#*! together but not H&M i really hope $#*! gets sorted out! Absolutely horrible.

Really bad services on delivery I ordered sneakers and tshirt 23 days ago and i just got a delivery confirmation today and it says it will take atleast 13 more days to delivered and on the website it ws 6 to 7 day even after Covid -19 delays. Plz never get anything online from them. I will try to find other platforms as well to inform ever1 too

Even after 40 days no refund. Even after many emails and phone calls they are not budging. I have multiple times checked the bank-account number which I have given them just to ensure I have not made a mistake. Also I have checked my bank balance to ensure it has not been credited.
Upon asking them they ask for my bank statement with all transactions. They say they will transfer the money in 30 days. Why do they need 30 days? They are fraudsters delaying payment to make 1 month interest money. Hand in glove with the bank.
On top of that now they are trying to get my bank statement which has details on my other transactions which probably they plan to sell to other e-commerce sites and make more money. So looks like clothing is just an excuse.
This is a serious issue - not only of cheating but also a possible use of bank statements for other purposes. I am going to make a police case. Threat to society.

I ordered a pair of jeans on 9/7/20 and it has been 10 days now and they keep sending me an email that shipment is delayed. I did more research and they were having shipment problems way back in 2018 and are now using Covid19 as an excuse. I ordered clothes from unknown websites during pandemic and received them in couple of days, for a billion dollar company unable to deliver on time to customers is poor business. Warning. If you normally shop at H&M in the stores do not try ordering anything from them online... the experience is not the same! I ordered clothes for my nephews birthday online 2 weeks ago. I would think ordering three weeks in advance I should receive them on time. My items still have not even shipped yet! So I called customer service to figure what's happening and the agents were so rude. I was hung up on once. I called back in again and the agent was so mean I asked to speak with a manager and the agent said no and hung up. I called back the third time in tears finally got through to a manager and the manager was silent while I was crying. He showed no sympathy or interest. He said that they can not tell me when my items will ship and when I'll get them. He recommended I go to the store and buy my nephew a new birthday present... as they can not tell me when I will receive my items could take months due to warehouse issues. They also can not cancel orders either even if it's not even shipped. Avoid H&M online orders. After this experience I won't even be shopping with them period in the stores
Although the CDC states that covid is rarely passed by touching anything, H&M won't let people even try things on over their clothes. You have to buy it and return if doesn't fit. How is my trying it on at home going to leave less germs on the clothes than in the store? People can still touch, carry around and sneeze or cough on the items and hang them back up. How do they expect people to buy clothes without trying them? Do they want to go out of business?

I am giving this zero stars because the shipping service was horrible. I waited two months for H&M to tell me that they LOST MY PACKAGE and they did not even care to give my money back or ship out a new package. I HAD TO SPEAK TO THEM 20 TIMES. I am not even exaggerating and. They did not even do anything about it, they gave me the same answer every time. I lost a lot of money and they still don't care. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.
Click and collect is there but actually not functioning. Your BILLING ADDRESS address will be used as your delivery address and you will be charged with delivery fee. Online shopping is available 24/7 but their chat is not available 24/7 like other smaller brands. You cannot cancel your order as per their FAQ and will get the delivery. It will not end here, the delivered item will also not the original one, you will get the first copy. You can return it but your delivery fee is non-refundable (that you were not paying at the first step because of click and collect option). You will be given with the complaint numbers but H & M does not care for their customers and your case will get closed. You will become FOOL by a well known brand and finally writing a review like me after buying a chaep item at their high price. BETTER GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP OR ANY OTHER ONLINE FRANCHISE BUT NOT AL-SHAYA AND SPECIFICALLY H & M
Beautiful delicate blouse. This autumn colored blouse goes with most of my bottoms what I have in my wardrobe it's going to get a lot of use and for £12.99 free delivery it's a no-brainer
I have no problem with H&M not about the quality or delivery but about the discount codes and staff behavior. Once i had discounted code of 150€ on my account but it was withdrawn again because they said we mistakenly added this to your account but hope they try to solve their technical problems Or in France the girl who worked as a cashier didn't use the discount code for me because I'm not French while I live in France and i use French account. I little became disappoint by their behavior to their customers but still i love products of H&M.
