Was told 12-15 days to get here... 25 days later it's still "waiting to get to a USPS facility." Tracking hasn't updated since the 5th, when they said it was shipped. I've called customer service twice and they told me to just wait. I will absolutely never shop on this website again.
I ordered almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. They won't refund, can't tell me where my package is, and put you on hold for hours (never picking up) when you call. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered and I will never order from them again. DON'T ORDER FROM H & M.
I never got the package after an H&M agent guaranteed me of delivery and refund. I waited over a month for the package, with a "failed delivery" to an accurate address, two delays in shipping, a return on the package without my consent (because I never received the package in the first place), and then after an agent guaranteed delivery, a second agent told me that info was false. I then informed them that it was fraud to make false claims and guarantees to customers, and they still did not offer a discount or anything. Very upset and will never shop here again. DO NOT BUY, especially around the holiday season.
I purchased clothes online from H&M and they never came. Over the course of a month and a half I talked to 13 customer service reps who all told me different things about the date of the refund and the status of the refund. Three of them hung up on me because I asked for a supervisor, one of them in mid-sentence. I have not received my items and I have never received my refund, though I was promised by ten other reps that I would receive it.
You are taking a risk when you shop with H&M online. I would highly recommend shopping with someone else.
Shame on you. No other retailer has delays this long due to Covid. I got a customer service rep to admit that it's actually due to not enough staff at the warehouses. So... they're just using Covid as an excuse to do as many sales as they normally do without having to have a large payroll. Disgusting.
I ordered a black sweatshirt, but got a red one. Contacted the support service on the site and they agreed to replace the sweatshirt, but for order I paid twice, unfortunately
It took almost a month for H&M to deliver the order. I won't recommend anyone to purchase from them online. Worst company to deal with.

I ordered my items on Oct 4th (trying to beat the Christmas rush!). Today is Nov 18th and I have still not received my parcel, or a refund!
H&M's clothing is great. When there was no COVID I would always go to the store and buy clothing and things but online, not so great. I ordered some clothes and it took ONE WHOLE MONTH for it to get here. It was such a long time I nearly forgot about it. The shipping is awful and unbelievingly slow. Also when it got here, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG CLOTHES. The sizes were wrong and the clothes I ordered were the wrong ones. I was VERY dissatisfied when that happened.
This place is awfully... after a month of telling me by package is stuck in wear house I receive an email saying they received my return and a refund has been issued. Called customer service to let them know package never left wear house and i' m still waiting on my order. Long store short, since it has been refunded nothing they can do about it now. Awful customer service, I will never be shopping with H&M again.
For a company that made an estimated 1.8 billion dollar profit last year, they have invested little into shipping efficiency. Ordered a week and a half ago, received first update email today.

I received an email saying that my package was delivered, but it wasn't, when I called H&M customer service to report this issue they told me that it can take up to 21 days after the original delivery time for the package to be delivered. This was unacceptable since this was a gift for my son. When I requested a reimbursement they just hang up on me. I call several times after and they just keep hanging up on me.

Order some clothing online, and when they sent me an email asking me to "be patient", that my order hadn't processed yet, and they would let me know when it had. I noticed there was an old shipping address, so I called right away to correct the error and they told me there was no way to change the address. They told me this even though the order had not processed yet. Okay, whatever, so I told them to just cancel the order. They said there was no way, even though the order had not been processed, to cancel the order. What? I've moved a lot, and this has never happened with any other retailer EVER. This company is the worst. When I asked to escalate my call, the customer service rep put me only hold for (no exaggeration) 30 minutes and then hung up on me. I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card. Luckily, my credit card company has excellent customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
Good customer service is offered by H&M. Feel comfortable. Reasonable pricing and always a good choice.

Oh my where to start. Stupid policies not letting me cancel my order or at least even change the address. I was sending an item to my sister back home in Kenya and I put the quantity as two instead of 1. I tried to call customer service to cancel my order and not once but twice they hung up on me. I finally get a hold of them and they tell me they can't cancel and to refund I have to wait for the items and return them. I ask can I at the very least change the shipping address to allow me to get the items and return one of them but they said they can't do it. How tf am I supposed to return it if it is halfway across the world. The final blow that has completely pissed me off is that I made this order last month and it is still in progress in their warehouse. I mean are you guys knitting these items by hand from scratch. At this point I have just accepted that I have lost my money and learnt to never order from them again.
Don't recommend purchasing from this place one bit. I paid through PayPal like I do everything else and somehow H&M pulled up my address from 2 years ago that I removed from my PayPal account. Called right away after placing order to just be told they can't change my address and I'll have to try contacting the shipping carrier to get it delivered to the correct address which I couldn't do because H&M requested I can't change the delivery address. I called again to see about refund since I can't receive it and they told me I had to wait until package was delivered to wrong address and they can issue the refund then so I called back once again after this happened. They are now telling me I have to wait until the 8th of November in order to hear back on whatever they are doing and emailing the carrier to do whatever. This was all pointless and a waste of time and money. I paid over a month ago and they continue to play games and say they can't change anything or issue the refund.
I know it's Covid. Other businesses operate close to normal these days and are.not hiding behind the pandemic as an excuse of POOR customer service
While shopping in store is pretty good, online experience was NIGHTMARE. Processing time took 2+ weeks, then after 1 month order never was delivered and most likely lost. They provided UPS tracking, and no any updates meaning it stuck in H&M facility somewhere. Customer service on the phone is cold, rude and unprofessional, constantly interrupting and "I dont' give a f..." attitude. My last online order ever with them...
