An issue with delivery was resolved quickly & courteously. The item arrived ahead of time & in good condition though the cardboard box could be more robust. The waistcoat is 100% wool herringbone tweed & its' weight is good for colder days under a jacket as the back is cotton. The overall quality is high & I'm more than satisfied.

I am very satisfied with the services I received from Gentleman's Emporium. I placed a last minute order for a 4 piece suit for my son less than 2 weeks from prom. The customer service agents were very understanding and helpful. Moreover, the hat did not fit my son, and they promptly shipped a new one that arrived just in time. The fit and quality on the apparel was great too!

2 day shipping...surprised the heck out of me to receive order in 2 days time. The cost to ship was expensive, would rather have had a choice of less expensive shipping charge and longer wait time on delivery
Alicia couldn't have been more helpful to us as we shopped, last minute, for a prom outfit that was a bit different than the usual rented tux. He looked great in his Victorian cutaway jacket and grey vest! Tons of compliments. And we are already ready for the next formal. And for about the same price as a tux rental.
I like the products and prices but I would prefer to have UPS do the shipping for a number of reasons 1 they are faster 2 better tracking 3 they will leave the box if you are not there to recieve it
