Great selection, great pricing
When I needed help deciding if any of the men's coats would fit me (I am female and a rather slender one at that, if tall), I gave them a call and was pleasantly shocked when, after a few rings, the phone was answered by an actual human being! I didn't even have to go through a phone tree! I quickly related my issue and was given the very honest answer that, no, the coats would not fit. I would be swimming in them. I was then given a couple of ideas on where I might be able to find something that suited my needs. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I was very pleasantly impressed and will definitely not hesitate to shop - or call - again.

I was VERY pleased with my experience at Historical Emporium Stores. I am not likely to recommend you to others only because I don't know anyone else who purchases the sort of items that you carry. Nonetheless, I was quite pleased with your product selection, your product descriptions and depictions, and how well you kept me informed during the course of filling my order. And, even when an item was placed on backorder, you gave me options as to how to proceed. I opted to wait for the back-ordered item to come in, but then, the backordered item came in far sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Prices were not a bargain, but within reason, and product quality was awesome. I'd definitely shop with you again!
