Product fit as indicated in the sizing chart which rarely happens on other sites

Def worth checking out this site! Found some good deals for my son.

I selected my item on my phone, but in the shopping cart it always showed up a different color than selected. So, I switched to the computer where it worked, but even though on the phone you offered me a 10% discount, once I moved to the computer, the chat rep told me that the discount did not apply to clearance items.

I have a 32" waist, ordered Large and they fit rather snug. I would return them but I pulled off all the tags and packaging.

Found all the items I was searching for nice quality clothes will purchase from this site again

HELLO - I PURPOSELY BOUGHT TWO PAIRS OF SHORTS SO THAT I WOULD GET FREE SHIPPING. THEN I GAVE YOU MY PHONE NUMBER SO THAT I COULD GET 10% OFF - HOWEVER, THAT 10% DISCOUNT SHOWED UP AS ZERO. VERY FRUSTRATING BUT MY HUSBAND NEEDS THESE SLEEP SHORTS!

I was looking for something very specific, and found what I needed easily... all the information about the fabric, specs was right with the description of the item, and I didn't have to go digging for it. Easy check out. Using this site was a snap!

Easy to find items and the checkout process was simple and fast

Shopping on HisRoom was easy and they have a lot of different products to choose from including Big and Tall.

The worst service. Purchased 2 pair jockey underwear, arrived too large (my fault) returned both pair in the same package for the correct size. Took one month to received the red pair. NEVER did receive the blue pair. Non existent customer service via email or phone. Thank goodness for PayPal. Finally 60 days after the original purchase received a refund. Not even a complete refund. Received $21 of the $26 paid. I no longer have the time or energy to fight this any longer. Needles to say STAY AWAY or purchase from your local Jockey store location.

Ordered some underwear; however, after 2 weeks and 2 attempts (via email) to get some answers, I still had yet to get anywhere. Finally, I called customer service for them to tell me in a matter of minutes that my order was lost in transit. When I requested they send me a replacement, they said the color I wanted was now unavailable. I get that things happen, but their customer service and shipping need to be vastly improved upon. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.
