I don't trust this site anymore since I won items and replied to the shipping to have it shipped and never received the items but was charged. I can't get any response from HiBid as to where me items are and no refund. 3 emails sent no reply. Turning them into BBB and attorney General for fraudulent sells.

I won 2 bids:
Paid $37 for a doll. I was sent a $37 receipt, to later realize that it was for shipping only. I later won another bid $15 for a much larger item. I asked 3 times to be contacted to finalize the purchase. I also left a voice message. Finally, someone called me to tell me that my item was shipped. They charged me $100 for shipping. I will NEVER bid on HiBid again!

Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
