Love it, you can look for almost anything you think of and it's easy to find, bid, & win that item you've wanted for years.
If I had to pick something I wasn't happy about it would be I haven't found how to delete searches I've made. Everything I've ever looked for is saved even if it's a repeat search I type in again.
The site and auction was easy to manage. Only reason I dropped 1 star was that a 2 minute clock reset after a bid. In a normal auction it is a 3 count, approx. 3 to 5 seconds.
It was easy to place bids. I was wondering if there was a way to get notified if I got outbid.
They are allowing auctions houses to scam you out of your money even after proof and will not bar them from saling on there site. Berger Coin out of loveland CO has cheated and stolen money from auctions they put on. Avoid them at all cost or you will get ripped off. They don't send you what they auction if they send it at all. Hibid still allows them to put on auctions after complaint after complaint just yo make a dollar. Hibid should be held responsible for allowing them to keep on running auctions. Bad Hibid bad
I won with my bid and received no product...got a story that the landlord refused to shut the gas to the Boston Market because it would interpret the tenants gas service...therefore we can't disconnect your stove... all business are on their own gas lines with their own gas meter... so the story is suspect...
I like the updates when my bid is no longer winning. It keeps me alert as to how much time I have left in order to change my bid.
I was looking for discounts and stumbled along Hi bid so as long as the consumers can at least have a chance at buying at a lower price I think it's a winner.

Bakers Antiques a long time seller who rips off people left and right is just one of the many sellers they allow to steal from buyers and then if you complain then allows the dealer to flag the customer from bidding on other sellers. They hate the buyers on this site.

HiBid is easy to use and I like the feature at the top when you're bidding that shows what your bids are at and what the total would be if you won at your max bids. I have been able to win some pieces to help clean and organize my home and business at a much cheaper price than purchasing new which helps keep everything under budget.

I have bid on this site and when I win my items are received. AIKEN VINTAGE AUCTIONS are not honest, nor do they like to respond. Paid 106 on a won item 12/13/2023, and I'm yet to receive my item. No one seems to be able to help me with this. I will say GARNET GAZELLE is a very good Auction. They are honest and items are shipped out quickly and no false advertising or anything… If AIKEN VINTAGE was as honest I would have nothing but good things to say.

During an auction by A.J.C.A LLC out of Corbin Kentucky on January 17 I placed a winning bid for 50 g of.999 gold. They were several lots of this same item. I was watching the bidding, live and when the window closed, I was awarded the win. I did not receive any notification from HiBid or AJCA about an invoice for shipping. I do have a screenshot of my winning bid. It was lot 100 a. I participated in another auction by another group a few days later and won bids there and was notified almost immediately about my win. When I reached out to HiBid today to inquire about an invoice or shipping they denied that I had ever bid and then they went on to say that no one won that lot. That is insane. There was lots of bidding on gold bullion. It does not make any sense for them to say that no one won that lot. I provided them with a picture of my screenshot and my account name. Fortunately, nothing has been deducted from my bank account. I do think they should honor that pricing and provide me with what I bid on and won.

Been waiting over 2 months for an item I "won" and was charged. Messaged the vendor through the information that is available on here and just recently received a response with no expectation on when I will receive my item. Refund apparently isn't an option. Haven't received or heard anything from them ever since.

Rural internet could a!ways be blamed but it just seemed like the other items closing in the background updates were taking priority ahead of me being able to respond to bid on items winding down in there last minutes.
