Hibid offers a very professional online auction. The "soft close " feature allows for bidding in the last minute to "reset" the auction countdown clock to one minute. This allows other bidders to bid again for a desired lot.

A very good transaction overall. My only complaint was There was only 1 picture of each lot that I was interested in. Very general pictures, impossible to determine manufacturer of product. I took a lot of chances and ended of with too much made in Taiwan. I could have gone to the preview on Sat but I was already driving 90 mins to pick up.
Online auctions have changed the game for bidding at all types of auctions. Nothing better than bidding from the comfort of your recliner at home. I have used other formats and nobody comes close to HiBid, they are the easiest online bidding format around!

If the seller could include their address in the email or on the receipt that would be amazing! Maybe reminding bidders of pick up conditions and day and times would be helpful because sometimes us bidders have bad eyesight!

Bid and won 3 separate lots of vinyl albums. The first lot was described as Rolling Stones albums, with pictures of 3 separate albums (Let it Bleed, Aftermath, & Big Hits). When I opened the albums, "Aftermath" had a random greatest hits disc in the jacket. Not what I bid on. Live and learn.

Kind of funny how I bid on 13 items and they all sold for my max bid, I thought it was suppose to be proxy bidding. All items jumped to my max price shortly before the auction ended. I don't know if I will ever trust this auction company again. Very SAD. I didn't even want to leave a 1 star rating, but had to or I couldn't submit my review.

I waisted my time with Prebids because when live started it wouldn't let me bid anymore. So why waist my time with biding at all. Waist 2 days looking over items just to be told sorry

I've bid on auctions in the past, although it's been a year or so. This time the live bidding was new to me. When I clicked over to the live bidding, the item boxes would jump around, so it was hard to keep track of the items I was bidding on. I would try and click on and item to increase my bid, but it won't e and id be on a different item. It was a real pain in the butt It the last the times would change but the items position stayed the same.
