Terrible, And there is no easy way for bidders to complain about auction houses, and your system is really flawed. I have gotten ripped off so many times on this site.

Er about 3I4 of the sale was completed it was paused and started over with a 3 hour extention and sold lots were resold. I think a sold lot should stay sold. After 50 years of buying@ auctions this is a first

I bid and won but not after some "hand to hand combat" during the bidding process and of course then came the bidder's premium and at times, the delivery charges...overall experience was very good.

Each time I need information, the auctioneers have been very prompt in response to questions. When I'm able to schedule a pickup time, pickups are easy and cuts down on the number of people picking up purchases. I've had only 1 issue with a delivered product but was due to the one delivering, not the auction co. My overall experiences have been good.

The 15% bonus is quite high. Considering the 13% addition, that add the price 30%. As much as some item are sold above the price of a new item în store. Other than that is just fun to follow the bidding process.

When I try to click on the bid amount on my iPhone I have to lick below the bid amount. This is very frustrating because trying to keep up with multiple bids you want to be as quick as you can, not fumbling around which cost me to lose a bid. Other than that, great experience.

There is a lot of good stuff offered, but check shipping details if you don't live close enough to pick up. If you can only spend a certain amount of money you might need to chose carefully and remember there are shipping costs.
