Antiques Etc. is located in Santa Clara, Utah. Our customers appreciate primitives. Unfortunately, southwestern Utah is not the place to find that type of merchandise. When emailing a seller, if I hit the "enter" button to go down to a new line it would send the uncompleted communication. I ended up sending 2-3 partial emails before I figured out what was going on. Clicking the Send button should be the only way to submit the communication.

Smooth process, good interface

I have participated in a half dozen online auctions and the site worked smoothly for all of them. Three separate sellers and all were without problems bidding or settling. My only complaint is how each seller adds admin fees that are not reflected in the bid totals as the auction happens. A calculator function would be helpful.

A little confusing

By saying confusing was that when the bidding ended on an item it said you might have won.The problem I have is without knowing if I won and what price I might have won it or lost.It kept me from bidding more on other items.so if I have a budget of a 100... and an item I want is at 70 and my maximum is 100 and the bid is closing I don't know if I got it for 70 or another bidder swooped in at the last second.Without showing the winning bid.I'm unable to bid on something else not knowing if I have a 100,30 or what left

I want my coins

I bid on two separate auctions and won coins on both I received my invoice for one auction and received my coins shortly after. Got charged 109 dollars for the coins on the other auction no invoice no coins no emails just look to be out some cash and I'm pissed. I will leave a 1 star review every day until I hear from someone.

Overall mediocre experience. Items refreshing every 30 seconds can be a bit unsettling when the item is closing at almost the same moment. It makes it difficult to complete a bid when the screen suddenly refreshes. Another issue we had was on the sellers end where an item was an electric kitchen appliance and it did not work at all when we got it home. Obviously we did not intend to purchase an item that was trash, that was disappointing. Another suggestion would be to have sizes of items listed or shown in the pictures. I purchased some wooden blocks for my granddaughter thinking they would be average (2") wooden blocks, since no measurements were given and there was nothing in the picture to compare them to, I was quite surprised to find that they are tiny - only 1" each which is far too small for a young child to play with.

It was ok but….

I watched as the time ran out and I was the highest bidder. Then after the auction ended I received a message that I was outbid. Thank goodness I didn't bid on another item because I noticed later that I was sent an invoice for the item I won. The outbid message was an error?
