You need tp notify people of they win a bid with items needing to be picked up within two days after bid closing it leaves for transport type to pickup items

I have been a customer of The Auction Vaults for about a year now and have won bids several times. At least 30% of the time they have totally screwed my order up, sent me the wrong items. If your bidding on Bank Notes, like $1.00 or $2.00 or $5.00 bills they will just send you anything they have and it will likely not be the item you bid on. I was the winning bidder on a 1oz Gold Coin that I was looking for my collection, they sent me a completely different 1oz Gold Coin and then tried to tell me they were "doing me a favor" without first telling me they were not sending me the coin I bid on. And then I have to send it back risking Canada Post loosing it, and then I would have nothing, because The Auction Vault sent me the wrong item again. They have over the past year sent me the wrong Bills, wrong Rings and wrong Coins.
The Auction Vault has been accommodating in letting me return the items for the correct ones, but what a pain in the butt waste of time, it would be nice if they would just get it right the first time.

Royal Estate Auction's@ hibid 294 Wildcat Rd, ON. Has lower costs and has gotten things right every time. I would recommend you check them out.

Be sure yo research the items you are interested in. It's very helpful. Using this auction site is very easy. I find it helpful to mark favorites to watch, but like watching the catalog mode during the suction.

Hard bidding on multiple items at once

I like the platform & the merchandise. It was slightly difficult to keep track of multiple items right at the end of the bidding. I lost the bid to a few things as it was my first time bidding. I thought the items went a little high for an auction site but now I know what to expect.

Description made no mention of broken strap and damaged gas purge bulb. Pictures purposely hid these defects. When pointed out at pickup the gentleman told me that I could take it or leave it; he already charged my CC. These are clearly patent defects that could and should be mentioned in an online auction that has no opportunity to view the item in person.
Will not be using this platform again.

I watched the timer count fine to zero and then "closed" onn4 items I was winning. I have heard nothing from the auction, no auto email that I have won. Sent the auction a message, nothing. I will monitor my credit card and see. Auction was for cosmetics in Oregon City, OR.

I bid based off of my location, Indiana. As I'm watching the auction for items I bed on, they are saying May have won. I don't understand what that means, and when I looked up the contact address, there is an out of state address, though it originally gave a local zip code. I tried calling the number and it doesn't ring. I sent an email to the auctioneer, but I haven't gotten a response. Please help. 🙏🏾

My first experience was not the best, one of my items didn't have half the hardware to put it together. I double checked and it was not mentioned In the description. So that was my loss.

I recently had a terrible experience on this site that I think needs to be addressed by your administration. I recently saw a auction by BisManBids Auction 5744 -7033 for firearms. As with many auctions the current bid was only $300 with only 1 bid on a firearm that I knew was worth $1900 MSRP. I then entered a bid of $340. The next screen prompted me to make sure the bid was correct and explained that if I win the final amount would be between $417-$428 due to buyers premium etc. I clicked submit to enter the bid. However my bid was entered as $3500. I immediately attempted to contact the seller (6 different emails) in attempt to cancel the bid. No response

The following day the auction concluded and I of course won. Further looking into the seller I came across over 40 reviews of BisManBids with very negative reviews. Many complaints about the seller is bidding on his own items to raise the prices of his items, wont communicate with buyers, does not actually have the items he is selling, being investigated by law enforcement for legal issues, changing names and address, having a expired FFL license and illegally selling firearms including on HIBIDS.

When I finally received a response from this seller ( only after threatening to contact the ATF regarding his expired FFL license) he would only say that based on his terms and conditions he reserved the right to accept of bid or cancel the bid. I have since explained this scam to my credit card company to ensure the transaction did not go through. However now, the seller is attempting to get me to pay a 25% cancelling fee when something very shady happened. In the sellers own terms and conditions he stated "We may cause our software to bid up to the amount of that reserve in order to keep the item from selling under the reserve price." Interesting that this seller has a "software" that bids up his items? Did this same software change my $350 bid to $3500? Even after stating multiple times that a $3500 bid on a $1900 item was a obvious error, the seller would not agree to cancel the bid. Please help the auction and do the right thing and ban this man from illegally selling firearms on your website. Thank you

Auctions are fun.

I have been buying at auctions for some time now. Registry/Bidding/closing/watching/ search have all been quite easy.

The vendors policies and pick up procedures are an absolute nightmare?
Only some have proper working schedule booking! No contact numbers for support? It is pretty terrible when you want to arrange pickup in their short window timeframes?
