Love to use the maxbid then I only got to watch iteams the last day to see if I got out bid plus the email notication if I get outbid before the last ending auction.
During the auction I find I can't use the search function. Also I would like to go from the watch list to the spot in the catalog where that item is. Otherwise congrats on a great piece of software

When using this site I go through initially and find those missing items that I want to bid on so I can then go to the "Bids" view and watch from there. (I am bidding on coins). When I am out bid on an item and want to up my bid it takes me to a view that has everything and before I noticed this I had bid on and won 2 items that I didn't want.

Really enjoy the ease of use. Timing for lots is set up well, and it's nice to know how bidding increments are handled with time allowed for upping your bid if you have been outbid! Clear shipping practices.
Would always appreciate more photos, including the backs of items, but know this isn't often done.

While I like to use this format, sometimes the pictures of the item are not enough to be sure of what I may be buying. Therefore, I only buy from those who are locally accessible to me. Additionally, if an item is listed as "untested" I can only assume it doesn't work.

I won A ring off this site. Shows a quote for a Real lab diamonds. But when three jewelers tested, came back as fake moissanite. Be careful on what you are looking at they will trick you What you're actually getting

When I bid I did not realize it was x 10 so my $6 was $60. This happened on 2 items 1 auction.

As a bidder everything was great. It gives you a chance to review items and watch to see how others are bidding on those items. I also had some items in the auction. Although I wish they had gone a little higher, I was satisfied with the outcome. All together it is pretty exciting watching down to the last second to see if you won or got out bid.

I have used many of the different auction houses on hi bid and like how easy it is to bid

I've won several lots from several sellers. And it's the after "WON" that is sooo inconsistent and sometimes problematic. One seller required me to give my cc information over the phone to a third party or pay for nothing. At a minimum, that should be prohibited. You should have a payment module or something. There should also be a way to, or link, to estimate S/H. Right now, it's a crap shoot. And how do we know these fees aren't marked up? This is a cool, profitable site, right? Time to upgrade, have a payment portal of some sort. With ways to estimate S/h.

PROBLEM. I was outbid by cents in the bidding. I am able to only bid in $5 to $10 increments or the program corrects me, How come other bidders can outbid me with bids like $10.02, with cents?

I was bidding then the hibid site locked up. I was able to get back in with no issue. No problems after logging back into hibid.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
