I love your site however the phone app is not user friendly. It is difficult to go back to last item, you have to go all the way out and then start over.

There is a glitch that has happened some times during live bids where it's counting down I bid and it has shown it had closed when I try to bid and it showed over a minute or 2 minutes other than that it has been a good experience

Have to fast other then that it's kinda hard with some items u can't be on site to see it. Like hearing a car run or testing other things more information on surtain items

Buying On hI bid has been a lot of fun but recently I've noticed I need to read the fine print carefully on certain Auctions by certain companies cause some of them are charging outrageous buyers premium.

I have had a love hate relationship with Hibid. Initially, during covid, I had a horrible time figuring out who the auctioneers were that were selling. The auctions are listed for example " john smiths house in Baltimore MD." Then you win something and the invoice comes from some random place, for example "bills Auction house in Bethesda, MD". It was horrible to sort things out. Then there are some small old timer auctions that, 1. Do not ship, 2. Can't accept any online payments and even one that didn't do email!. Why put something on the internet if you can't ship something. What's the point? I am not talking about furniture, I am speaking about jewelry and books and things.
Anyhow, Its a bit better now. Many sellers use shipping companies that are efficient and good. Still having problems with an auction house that doesn't accept CCards or anything online. Unfortunately, I won something and am still having trouble contacting them because of the time difference between west coast and east coast.
Like I said it is a love hate. The good, is there are some good deals to be had here and the actual bidding part is easy. It is the followup that is a glitch and inconsistent. Thanks

When i went to pick up my stuff i was told to wait in my truck becsuse they would bring it all to me. I was in & out in 5 minutes. Thesefplks are organized & fast.
