Very easy to bid and was very easy to set up. Great deals
While bidding online, and the pickup of items, were both easy, many items just were not worth bidding in $5 increments. Much of the time we bailed on bidding as the price was just too high for the item...but if we could have bid $1 or even $2 more, that may have changed our minds. We don't understand your forcing bidders to bid in those $5 increments, especially for lower-value items.

I love that all of the auctions are in one place and that I can sort them by location. But the best feature is that after I look at an item in detail and hit the back button it goes right back to where I was at on the previous page!

Easy site to navigate but you don't actually know if you're the high bid winner all it says is you may have won. I haven't received any email or text saying you won what you were bidding on. You can do better with a bit of communication please.
Couldn't be easier to keep up and submit bids. Having to submit a review with at least 50 characters is why most people doesn't do them.?mmmmmmmmmm hope that was enough

I recently participated in an online auction with an auctioneer out of Lawrence Kansas using Hibid. I won two items, but they sent a dear john email claiming there was a reserve, and they did not understand the software. Apparently by their own admission many people are affected. There are no terms that states an auctioneer can refuse sale in this situation. Therefore they are not fulfilling the contract and are in fact breaking it. Hibid stated on a phone call they don't have to sell and have not protection for the buyer, the auction company will not be punished. When I mentioned I would submit a fraud complaint to our counties fraud protection the reply was they are only web site an not liable.

Very easy and you can bid from home or anywhere.I have never had any trouble with the auctioneers. The only suggestion I would make is go to the auction preview when possible.
AlI was good site. Worked well would recommend anybody your team has docks all lined up. Good job.
I was trying to buy a car but I could not see what the person had bid. It kept telling that I had been outbid after about 10 attempts. If there was a way to see the high bid when someone bids would be great.
