I received three pairs of pants - none of which were anywhere near the size labeled and did not come anywhere near fitting me. I looked for a way to send back and get a refund. There is no way. There is nothing on it that tells you where to send it back to and there is no return label and no return address. There is no phone number to call. There is an email address but I have sent out a number of emails. None of which are answered. This company is somewhere in China. So I am stuck.
I catch better sales online than I do in the store. I do love the experience here bc the clerks are nice and helpful but overall it's only OK

I just received my order after almost a month. The clothes were not what the catalog presented. I am a size 2 and ordered a small which normally is ok for me. The shirt was way too small and the pants were enormous. I want to return them but there is no return form or address for me to do so. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from them again.
All in all it was a great shopping experience. Not too many people, big changing rooms, great staff, good prices for dresses you would pay a 1000$ for on south beach. It's great. Literally my favorite place to go at this point. Especially when you need something extra special or a little out of the norm. You will find the glamour of the glamour there.
Great selection of super cute tops! They was very nice and helped me pick out several tops that would be great for work or a casual night out :) I'll definitely be back!
A very interesting business. Here there was an incredibly wide range of clothes from different ages. Worth a visit.
The products are great, the staff is amazing. I bought a scarf for a few quids and the girl helping me spent a good fifteen minutes cleaning it for me.
One of the best second hand shops I've ever been, good prices and great variety of clothes. The even have kilts.
Really fun place for used clothes. Shearling & leather are a great bargain. Could be the place where you find something you didn't know you've been yearning for.
