I love trying new stores, since I have a pre paid credit card I don't have scare for new things and I have tried hesimple and the clothes was amazing, and very cheap. Just take the risk and try it!
The clothes were the wrong size. I asked for a return address and waited 5 days. When they did not reply I used the return address on the packaging. Hesimple then replied and said not to use that address. I pointed out that it was misleading to deliver goods with a "Return" address which was not a return address. They then offered a 20% refund which I agree to get this over and done with. I had to cancel my credit card before refund was received and provided a different card details. They tell me they have sent a refund to some payment clearing house but I have not received it.
All very well, the delivery is fast and the people were kind with the response to ask for package tracking number.

The quality is absolute garbage. The polka dot blouse was made out of paper. The sizes were way off. If you want to return stuff it is imposible as they don't give you the return address. I have requested information from them and no one has responded. There is no phone number so you can't even call them.
