The estimated shipping rate and the actual rate was way off. Estimated around $14.00 actual was closer to $23.00. Bad first experience using on line ordering.
Called back on Monday and had to get a supervisor to approve cancelling the order and re input it with proper shipping charges. Then had to call back to get another code for 15% off. Both times had to request a supervisors approval when told initially the phone rep couldn't do anything to resolve this.

I live in Central Texas near Austin. The package left Iowa and made it to Dallas in a few hours. Then it traveled to Austin. From Austin it went to Orlando Florida! A couple of days later it made it back to Dallas, that night it traveled to Austin again, then came to my post office for final delivery.
So my product went to Disney
World and I didn't even get a lousy t-shirt.
