Good prices on the items, but the shipping and fees are becoming prohibitive, so much so that I could not order again. It is very sad because you are one of my favorite suppliers. I have for 85$ of products, you charge me 60+USD in shipping, and when it arrives here I'm slapped with 45$ in import fees... this is 100+ $ for shipping 80$ products. Meanwhile I purchased a heavier and bulkier product from e-bay at the same time: weight in at 14 kilograms, they charge me 25$ USD shipping and 15$ fees (so I don't have to pay when the package arrives) and it got here sooner. I do not know what could account for such a big difference but you might want to review your options please so I can order again.

My shopping was quick in finding what I needed. And the prices were of my liking.
Shopping and checkout went smoothly. New to herbs so would like a section for "how to" prepare the dandelion root, as in how to make coffee. Or for a tincture, average dosage, etc.
