I downgraded you 1 star (from 5 to 4) because@ the very end, it wasn't clear IF my order had been submitted, so I clicked on PLACE ORDER twice vs once, & after clicking on place order 2ce, I saw on your site that it said to only click on place order once, so a bit confusing, as definitely don't want to have my one 10-lb order of psyllium husk powder double-ordered! Other than that confusion@ the end of the checkout process, your site is well-laid out & easy to use & understand. Thank you! Maureen M-McGregor

Return policy if not satisfied with product you should be able to return item and also get the shipping fee back shipping fees are high but you have lots of available flavors so I should be a satisfied customer thanks I don't think I received my discount either

The product was shipped to the wrong address. Now I won't be able to send it to the Guatemalan coop until Jan. 2024. I am not a happy camper. We will miss our Christmas sales.
