If I have stuff in the cart before signing in, I lose the stuff in the cart when I do sign in. Frustrating! You should probably offer a way for 'guests' to purchase without signing in!

I just tried twice to complete an order, and the website indicated my transaction was declined. I received no order confirmation or order number. However, my bank account shows 2 transactions pending, as if the order DID process on their end...twice. My phone calls and emails to their customer service contacts have gone unanswered.
Update 1day later: customer service did reach out, and the charges fell off of my account. She wasn't sure what caused the error; it seems to have been on the end of my bank. I appreciated her follow-up, even if it took a day.
I already ordered the herbs I need from another site, but I would consider returning to this site for another try in the future...

I am a new small business owner of The Mystic Botanica, LLC in Georgia. I had no idea where to start. I have never bought in bulk, I have never bought herbs online (only in person), and I am completely new to the business world. However, I am not new to the herbal world, and I know quality. After extensive research and looking at countless reviews, I arrived at Monterey Herb Co. All I can say is- exceptional. I dove in and spent a large amount on herbs, roots, and powders with this company. The packaging and handling was perfection. Nothing was spilled or leaking. My order arrived within a week. I went through every single bag to make sure my whole order was there, it was. All herbs were full, with little remnants. If any labels look smudged, it's because being a small business, I sterilize all shipments for health and safety. All labeling was accurate and clear. I will definitely be shopping again. I highly recommend this company.

I make my own natural products for myself and my dogs and chickens. Although I love the variety of your offerings, I find the shipping cost to be a bit high for myself as I do not see myself ordering $250+ of product. I hope that at some point for small purchasers, that shipping costs can be somewhat reduced. Otherwise, I do like your product selection. Now to see the quality of the product itself once it arrives. UPDATE: Received my products and I must say, the quality is outstanding! Fresh, beautiful natural coloring, and amazing smell. I'm truly sold (despite the shipping cost), on the high quality of my order. Will definitely order again in the future.
