I realized about 2 seconds after I finalized my order that I had left off a very important item and since no changes can be made I had to go and make another order. Well I received the second (smaller) order on time about 3 days later. But the first order took forever and was packaged in a huge box when it could have fit in a much smaller box. I'm not complaining I understand there are logistics that I am unaware of I just wanted to give some constructive feedback. I did enjoy the products and the prices are great.

Reduce shipping charge. I received pepper that was not 16 mesh. In calling customer service I was treated politely and informed it could take up to two weeks to determine if there was a problem with the grind setting. I sent in photos which were acknowledged as revived. No status update yet. Although MB Herb co. Claims to have high standards about QA, that was no where evident in the two pounds of black pepper I received. Hoping for an eventually satisfactory outcome.

Easy to locate the product on the website. I was looking for a product I could find in the United States so I could receive and use it quickly. I'm so happy I found it online.
Product pricing okay. Where did echinacea angustifolia go? Shipping charges quite high. Would be nice to be able to see how many lbs I can order per shipping level. May have ordered more but going back and forth to see if shipping changed and by how much is a hassle. Don't like the idea of having to set up an account just to place an order. Packaging an improvement over herbalcom's blue bags.

I know it could be my own predisposition for hating technology, but it took me a little while to actually figure out how to place an order. Once got that figured out I had no problems. A few of the herbs I wanted were not available, but sweet wormwood, gumweed and Brigham tea do not seem to be widely available anywhere. When I received the herbs I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised at how much a quarter pound of dry herbs is! Way to go Monterey Herb Co., keep up the good work!

Easy to order and easy to find what you were looking for on this site. I have been able to stop all my medications for blood pressure and indigestion and dry cough after drinking these teas on a regular bases. Wonderful aromas and taste. Will continue with your products.

Everything was easy except check out is difficult some prompt aren't working properly, like I have updated my address several time but won't let me. All I need is to put the complete word NORTH, but it stayed Just the Letter N after attempting to edit it several times but with no success.
