I love your herbs and have to order every 2 weeks which I try to order enough to get free shipping, but the company is always out of the important highly used herbs and sure enough as soon as I have already placed an order, days later it comes back in stock so I have to place another order and have to pay 1/2 the cost in shipping just to get those couple of herbs

I had ordered a tea that I did not enjoy. They easily sent a second amount of the tea to ensure that it was not a bad lot. It was my taste buds, not the tea.

The products we get from Monterey Bay are of the highest quality. We do wish Monterey Bay still offered a USPS option for shipping, as we like to support our postal workers.

These were authentic Wildcrafted, Black Sambucus Elderberries. They made the best syrup and sea moss gel. My family loves the taste and quality. We use these to boost the immune system and to relieve cold and flu symptoms.

The various hoops to jump to finalize a sale could be reduced, but the reduced price on being able to buy herbs, spices and teas is worth the small hassle 😁.

I just want to order one thing, and had to jump through hoops with passwords, etc. Took forever to order one item. Shipping is way too high also.
