I found the shopping with your company online to be relatively easy and you've had everything I've wanted so far except something called cats leaf. I cannot seem to find it anywhere.
Shipping was a little slow, but that seems to be kind of a normal thing right now with a lot of companies. Overall, I would recommend your company to anyone.

Trying again to support your company! I never received the first order and had a difficult time getting a refund! This was about a year and half ago... so here we go again!

Last time service was slow but acceptable, but found comaprable items at another company with faster shipping and a wider variety of items. Thought I would try ordering rom you again but THIS time was disappointed the offer codes were NOT accepted at checkout

This is my first time ordering from Monterey Bay Herb Company and I was stunned by the reasonable prices on BIG bags of dried, crushed plants like elderberries, mullein leaves, and dandelion leaves, which I put in my daily oatmeal for a health boost. At first, I looked at ebay and other online merchants, but they mostly had woefully tiny bags at prices that were much too inflated. As my subject line for this post indicates, Monterey Bay Herb Company receives an A+ from a retired college instructor who loves the quality product, the amble quantity, and the reasonable price. Plus, I can find all of the items I want without having to shop from all kinds of different merchants with all of the shipping fees adding up. I think I will be a customer for a long time!

I love your herbs and have to order every 2 weeks which I try to order enough to get free shipping, but the company is always out of the important highly used herbs and sure enough as soon as I have already placed an order, days later it comes back in stock so I have to place another order and have to pay 1/2 the cost in shipping just to get those couple of herbs
