Love the website because it gives a lot of detail of the product and it was very easy to order and check out.
I have ordered twice now from this company, and for the most part have been very happy with my purchase. However, their latest batch of Oatstraw was dismal. Instead of the color of hay with a touch of green, it was dark brown. And instead of smelling like freshly cut hay, it had a deep caramel smell - which should not be the case. I am in the middle of a refund request, so hopefully that will go well and I will continue to buy from this company :)
