As a midwife, I need quality, organic herbs when formulating pregnancy teas, tinctures, salves,, syrups, and ointments. I was very satisfied with my order and now have an account. I bought the Dandelion Root tea and the Burdock Root tea. I've only tried the Dandelion as of now, but I really like the taste! Helps me get in my daily water easily, and I get several cups out of a single serving of the mixture.

Really like the selection of herbs and spices. Most are not available as they are on back order. Shipping coat is rather high as well too.

It feels very silly to throw away glass jars every time a spice runs out— now I just refill them from your website. It's more affordable and less wasteful, plus the spices seem fresher and more flavorful than what I can buy at the store.

I haven't had a single issue with purchasing herbs. Whether for soap or teas, I know I will have a quality purchase every time.

I have never been dissatisfied with any herb I have ordered and received. Quality herbs and packed well with prompt shipping.

I have ordered a few things from Monterey Bay Herb Company and have not been disappointed with the quality of their products. The shipping is a little pricey which is why I gave 4 stars, but the products are excellent.

Have been a long time customer … Great quality.! But I can not meet the minimum to receive a discount or free shipping … I would greatly appreciate it if you would lower the minimum for customers like me … I would be able to ship more often …! Thank you for your consideration …

These folks really have it all. They have great quality products at fantastic prices. They ship quickly and it gets there before you'd expect it. And they are generous... I ordered 1/4 pound of Frankincense, and they were out of stock, so they sent me 1 pound instead. Not many companies operate that way these days.

We've bought a ton of different herbs and spices from these guys and they've all come really well packaged and they're great quality! Not to mention their pricing is really good too!

Monterey Bay is my "go to" for herbs, teas, and spices. They have a great selection including some hard to find product. The prices are reasonable. Shipping costs aren't outrageous. The product is delivered in a timely fashion and has always been fresh.
The one time I needed to contact customer support was with regard to the website (it works better with the Firefox browser than it does with Chrome). The support person was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved in minutes.
I've recommended this company to several of my children and many more friends.

The only 2 complaint I would offer is that the cost of shipping is high. I try to order enough for free shipping when I can. The other complaint is in regards to out of stock items. Especially of late, there are quite a few items out of stock, and it is taking a very long time to restock them. As a result I can't make the minimum for free shipping.
