Love the looseleaf tea and the consistency of their product

The teas and spices have always been good, and the prices have pleased me too.

Their website is so easy to navigate, and they provide so much information, that it's my favorite website by far to provide homeopathic remedies to my family.

I was having trouble with the website and called. The person who answered took my order and was very helpful. She took the time to give me choices that were available.

Packaging is terrible, needs to have a zipper at the very least, and needs to be thicker.

I had a great conversation on the phone with a Monterey Bay Spice Co. Staff member who helped me better understand how the tea would arrive. Everything was great except the UPS guy did what he always does on Fridays...skips out early, but says he "attempted delivery". I was walking around the building within 20 minutes of his message and there were NO STICKERS to be found anywhere. There was little to no wind that day and absolutely no rain. Other stickers are always left on a protected door of the building. Because of his choice (others have noticed and raised concerns) our tea was not present for our event, but Monterey Bay Spice Co. Was FABULOUS!

One time a few years ago the black sesame tasted like mildew.
