Do NOT order from here. It is a complete scam. I ordered a dress, it took $178 out of my bank account, and it is no where to be found. There is no tracking information, when you try to contact they do not respond, and the dress never came. They don't answer any emails or phone calls. I have been waiting over a month now and still absolutely nothing. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My daughters prom is 3 days from now, we ordered her dress from Hellymoon a month ago. We can't get any response from anyone there so we are going to have to run around and buy another one off the rack. No one answers when we call, day or night, their chat option doesn't work and they only answered emails with an automated message. NIGHTMARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The dress was perfect! The fit is amazing and the quality was surprisingly great. It looks very much like the picture on the website. I was a bit worried about the delivery time, especially since I was out late for finding a dress I needed 12 days later. But the dress came within 10 days! Very satisfied!
