I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I received a completely different dress in a different size. I e-mailed Hellymoon to let them know. The response I got was sorry this dress won't fit you, you can keep it and take 10% off. What? I do not want that dress and I especially do not want to pay for that dress. I have been back and forth with them through e-mail. Although they advertise returning e-mails within 24 hours, that is not true. They advertise 24/7 live chat-also not true. There is not a phone number to call and talk with someone. I would not recommend ever ordering from them! They have my money and I do not have my daughter's dress

This is the only way I can "cancel my orders"…this is absolutely the most ridiculous process I've ever went through with ANY company "ever"! I want any all orders to my account cancelled and closed! NEVER SHOP WHERE THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE AN actual legit phone number and a live person to talk too!

Don't buy a dress here! I bought one, and the wrong dress arrived (same style, wrong color). The receipt has a pic of the dress we paid for. The website says they respond to emails within 24 hours….NOT true. They responded 5 days later.

I placed an order for 2 dresses - never received a confirmation email, nor did I receive an order number or anything. But they did charge my credit card. A few weeks later we finally received the dresses, neither of them had tags on them and there was no paperwork inside of the bag. I tried returning one dress via the email address provided with no response. So I now own a dress that does not fit and I can't return, but they do have my money for the dress.

I ordered a dress on january 3rd, for a formal ball that i had on february 25th. It has still not arrived. I have been in contact with them since mid january because it said it would take 5-7 business days to arrive. Obviously not. They are giving me crap responses to make it sound like it's not their fault. They gave me a tracking number that said that the label was created, but not yet in the system because it never left the facility. It has been saying that for the last month and a half. I wish i could give zero starts. Please save youself the time and money. They refuse to give me a refund until i receive the dress which will never happen. So now i'm out $166 and a dress.

My daughter fell in love with this dress at a local dress shop! It was a bit tight so we didn't buy it!
We tried to order, but it was not an Available anywhere! I then stumbled upon Hellymoon.com. After I ordered the dress I realized it technically was not the original brand of the dress she had tried on and I was nervous after reading the reviews!
Happy to say the dress came and it is better than the original! It fits gorgeously, looks amazing and is very nicely made!
