If I could give a zero rating I would. The dress looked okay but it was made poorly. I followed the directions on the website and sent an email stating I wanted to return it. They said I could get a 15% refund and keep it. Not helpful since it didn't fit. I clicked on the link they provided and returned it. I knew this would not end well. Stupidly I lost the USPS tracking slip and since I couldn't provide them with the number they said they couldn't find it because I didn't have a return number. The dress never came back to me but they refused to look for it. And everytime I sent an email they responded back with the exact response like a robot. It was so frustrating. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Was true to size! I love the color, seems high quality (haven't worn for more than a couple minutes yet!), very soft, and it came in less than a week.

I used my daughter's measurements to order from the website's size chart and when the item arrived she couldn't even get into it because it was so small. I contacted the company and they gave me very detailed instructions to follow to send the item back for a refund. I followed the directions perfectly and they emailed me that they received the dress back in their warehouse and that I would see the refund in my account in 48 hours. I waited 5 days to contact them inquiring about my money. They responded that they were very sorry and that it would be processed immediately. Since then I have sent three emails which have not been answered and did the online chat twice where they take my information then disappear from the chat. I have disputed the charge with Paypal and Visa, but if I can save someone else from losing money, I hope that happens. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Such horrible customer service - promised refund and then would not issue this. Product arrived late and was unable to even use. Do not purchase from this online company!

Trying to return a dress that arrived late after multiple emails... they are still giving me a hassle about returning. They are not a reputable company. Beware!

Loved everything about the dress. As previously mentioned, the dress is made better than a typical costume and has a nice stretch to make it so comfortable all night long. I normally wear a M, but wanted the loose, flapper fit so got a L and it worked perfectly. Would def recommend for a themed party or night out. Super fast shipping too!

My velvet dress is made with quality. The size is true to size. Great fit can't wait for Halloween to wear it! However it could be warn ant time the quality is that good!

HellyMoon is a junk company. The quality of the material is good, but the "cut" of the dress is not ever going to fit a body - completely odd fit. I tried to return it and after some strange back and forth emails I was offered 10 percent refund. Do not buy from this company, it is not legitimate. Their refund policy is a joke and most likely the dresses won't fit.

The dress arrived earlier than expected. It is beautiful and fits perfectly. The ordering process was easy and convenient.

Great dress, great price. And I received it early just in time for my wedding. I will buy again in future.

I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter a month in advance. It was supposed to be 6-10 day shipping... here we are 30 days later and no dress!

First, your item will be shipped from Hong Kong. However long you think it will take it will take longer. So if you're purchasing for a specific event, there is a good chance a dress won't arrive in time. Further, the company essentially will not accept returns, despite the statement that they offer easy returns. Read the small print re: returns and note that they may reject your return, basically within their discretion. It will not arrive with a return label or instructions; you have to email someone to get "permission" to make a return; you have to wait for them to reply, then they will then send you additional instructions and suggest their additional rules regarding your "right to return." Oh, and in my case they offered me a 10% discount to let me just keep the items- which is worthless when you have items that won't fit (as in my case). In one place the policy says you have 7 days to initiate a return, in another it says 14 days. Either way, they will give you the runaround in an effort to enable them to reject the return. Just save yourself the headache and don't bother.

I ordered one dress from this company. It specifically says Easy Returns. The dress did not fit my daughter well & the sequins were not flat. The whole dress had an odd "fluffy" feel to it so we requested a refund. They replied and said they needed pictures of the dress, pictures of the label and size. I quickly sent them all that information. I then get an email stating that they will give me 10% off and I can keep the dress. I stated no I would like a return. They then sent me an email saying they needed pictures of front and back of the dress, packaging it came in, packaging I'm sending to them and picture of shipping label. The address they gave me to ship back to was in China but my dress was shipped from Texas. A $137 dress is going to be $164 to ship back. They clearly knew this and who is going to pay shipping that costs more than the product? None of this is listed anywhere on their website. Total Bait & Switch company.

If I could leave negative stars, I would! I ordered a prom dress for my daughter, at least a month in advance. When it became clear that the dress would not arrive in time, I tried to cancel the order multiple times. No one from customer service answered my requests until after the dress was shipped. When I tried to return the dress, customer service said that I would still be responsible for return shipping charges (to China!). They are completely unreasonable and incompetent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from this company. This is the worst company ever. The dress came in after the prom with the guaranteed that it would take a week. It took 3 weeks. And no return label with package. Now they will not send label for a refund.

The dress was ordered in the beginning of march. It has only arrived today. Every time you reach out to the company, they reply with an automated message or don't reply AT ALL. My daughters prom was 5 DAYS AGO. We paid for expedited shipping as well. THIS IS A SCAM ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

NEVER order from this $#*! $#*! sorry $#*! website, I ordered my prom dress March 29th and it still isn't here! DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ETC. I tried cancelling my order multiple times and no response. They still have the audacity to try to ship this $#*! to my house and say it's going to be here may 10th. $#*! THESE DRESSES BRUH. Therefore, I wish inconvenience and tragic $#*!. YALL ARE THE WORSTTTTT!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! My daughter's prom dress never arrived, yet I was charged expedited shipping of $30! After 20 business days I emailed the company and they said they would give me a refund, but 3 days later they emailed and said the order was going to be shipped. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charges and opened an incident report against Hellymoon. I received an email from the company that was all in Chinese! DO NOT ORDER from this company.
