I wish I would have read other reviews before purchasing. We ordered 2 dresses for my daughter for Prom. Sizing was not correct and sought to return WITHIN 24 hours of receiving dresses. Initial customer response asked for photos of dresses with the tags (the dresses were both in bags with no tags at all). I took pictures and followed all instructions. Now, I have not heard from the company in 3 weeks. You will not get a refund.

Worst website you can deal with. Sizes are weird, no customer service they never reply back! Sent my dresses back after several times of trying to reach them and never got my refund! And they are not responding to my emails. So please be careful and don't deal with this scam website.

We waited two months for our order. After checking the tracking a month into our placed order, it showed it as somewhere in China. The dress finally came with no packing receipt or return form. The dress did not fit, too large, cheap material, not the color as shown in their photo. We have attempted to contact customer service NUMEROUS times via live chat and email with NO response. This is a waste of time, money and a serious RIP OFF. NEVER EVER order from them.

I got worried after ordering, read the numerous negative reviews, and figured the site was a scam. Be aware that the same scam site operates under numerous other site/domain names...Same dresses, same scam. Of course the dress never arrived, but DHL shipping states it was delivered and signed for - It wasn't - The signature was a single letter and not even a legitimate signature. DHL offers a photo of the location of package dropoff which was somehow unavailable for my supposed delivery -- Clearly because it was never actually delivered to my home. DHL's automated response system is of no help since it was supposedly delivered & signed-for. Apparently this scam company has DHL involved in the scamming, too. I did some research and found that the bogus DHL signature/delivery has been happening for at least 3years. My only recourse has been to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Total hassle and waste of time. Do Not Be Tempted to Purchase!

They state easy 7 day return policy and excellent customer service with 24*7 live chat NOT TRUE! They don't have live chat. They also state response to emails within 24 hours NOT TRUE! Dress took forever to ship and receive then didn't fit right! When trying to return they don't email back for the return! I have emailed them several times and still no response! Says you have 7 days and if you aren't 100% satisfied you can return your dress NOT TRUE there isn't a phone number or address only thing is email and they don't email back! If you need your dress better order 2 months in advance it takes a while to get! Also hope it fits because they DO NOT return because they don't email you back. SCAM! I made a mistake and believed their website should have read all the reviews first!

I ordered 2 HOCO dresses for my daughter on 9/23 & paid for expedited shipping ($23+). Both showed "ships within 48hrs." Having heard nothing by Tuesday (9/26) afternoon, I emailed (btw-no way to contact them by phone) them to ask when my order was due to ship. Another 24hrs goes by & I forward the original email again & ask for an update (9/27). As of 4:30p on 9/28, still no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company & then proceeded to email Hellymoon again to let them know but no response. My devastated Senior had to borrow a dress for homecoming! NOTE-after 13 days, I finally get info stating the dresses are being shipped!? However, I am VERY upset to find they are coming from China! Who knows how long THAT will take!?!? Beyond upset!

I ordered clothes, jewelry and shoes AND paid for expedited shipping at $27 for 3-5 days and it's been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been processed. And I can't get ahold of anyone from customer service after emailing several times and attempting their live chat service that is never available.

I bought 2 different sizes of dresses and was going to return one. I was well within my return policy window and the only way to return is you need to contact them first at *******@hellymoon.com. THE DON'T RESPOND TO GIVE YOU RETURN INSTRUCTIONS! I think this place is horrible. I lost $150.

I ordered a this dress, did not receive email or text confirming order, posted on supposed 24/7 chat, sent emails to customer service, without any response from anyone. My credit card has been charged. Not sure how to respond.

Ordered 2 HOCO dresses-money withdrawn from account and haven't recv confirmation nor the dresses, out $225. There's no contact number to even call.
Don't order from them

Ordered a size small hoco dress for my daughter and when she tried it on, it was too big, not a small. Paid $79 for the dress and $17.99 in shipping. When I attempted the return, it would have cost $170.58 in shipping to return. So, they offered me 30% in the cost of a dress my daughter will never wear and was poorly made. They are in China, their refund process is not an easy one, and good luck getting a decent refund. Go to Davids Bridal. They are local and better quality.

We purchased two dresses on order WBHMUS*******, and paid for expedited shipping. One dress took several weeks to get. The material was not as expected, and neither dress looked like the photos. I requested a return and received a response several days later. They asked for a photo which I submitted and have been waiting 11 days for a response. Do not purchase from this company!

This company has no number listed on its site. When emailed they don't respond for a week only to ask you for a picture of the tag and give you 10% off. I requested a refund for both dresses because they were too big and they have yet to respond one again. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I'm Irelynd. I ordered a dress for my hoco Sep 16th, and I ordered it around late August. It did not arrive until September 18th despite the 6-10 day shipping. It really sucked to get information from the website as far as estimated arrival, etc. all responses from customer service ARE automated. Now, I have recieved the dress. Let. Me. Tell. You. It is STUNNING. I am in love with it! I paid around $128 with shipping and coupon code. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because it did not arrive on time and the zipper kinda sucks. The rest of the dress is great quality, but the zipper is kinda hard to pull up when it is on your body. Overall though, so incredibly happy with it. It is stunning and looks just like the pictures. A lot of people said they never received their dress and had issues dealing with returns. I didn't have to deal with any of that so overall my experience was pretty great. Although I deleted all emails and stuff, order number is in the subject and I added a pic of myself for reference. :)
