We never received our hello fresh. We have 6 cameras and looked back and the driver never came to our house. Dpd also took a blank photo. Hello fresh insisted the driver had delivered our box therefore, calling me a liar and that it had been stolen. They said they had seen the tracking? If so as we were in and recording everything where's our box. Disgraceful customer service, stay away because you'll always be in the wrong!
I'm highly upset. Me and my fiancé were beyond excited we made our first meal it looked amazing tasted amazing we even made a TikTok review. Then about an hour later my fiancé is currently throwing up and I'm about to here in alittle bit I'm having severe stomach cramps and I'm shaking terrible. I have OCD and food poisoning is my biggest fear I will be canceling and never doing a food box again how ridiculous

Don't be mislead. You are only getting free shipping!
I thought I would be getting free meals but we got quite a shock when we were received our credit card bill and were charged 89.89 for each box.
The quality was mostly very good but they really are more work than I want to put into my cooking.

I'm not sure how they can say "fresh and healthy" when the sauces are ladden with corn syrup, sugar and soy, the ground meat is high in fat, a lot of the side ingredients are not the best/highest quality. I ordered 2 - four serving dishes and made them all together (so 8 servings) and barely had a cup leftover after 2 adults and 3 children (7,8 & 10) ate. The pork tacos had me burping and suffering from heartburn the next 12 hrs., I'm guessing from the soy or corn syrup as I don't buy/serve either to my family. Gross & not worth it.

I was given a HelloFresh $130 gift card by a friend and thought it would be fun to try the service. I signed up and they gave me an automatic delivery of Fridays. I reached out to see if they could change the delivery date to Mondays and was told it was no issue. When I went to order food, I noticed that the gift card balance had disappeared. Two hours and three customer service reps later (one who consulted with a manager), and I was told the best they could do was give me either 75% off my box or 30% off for a couple months. I asked if they could simply put the gift card back on my account and was told no. What kind of crooked scam is that? I literally hadn't ordered anything at all from them yet, and they essentially stole $130 from me. So shady, I cancelled my account that hadn't even been used yet.

Ordered my 1st orders ever. 1 meal came ruined. All they wanted to do was give me credit to order more food when all I wanted was my meal fixed. This was my 1st and last time using hello fresh

Was charged 90 dollars for three meals that I did not want at all, that are barley enough for 2 people, did not even get to select what meals I wanted, called and the customer service was horrible and stated there was nothing they could do, never again

Very dissatisfied I received coupons from fab kids for 16 free meals received 4 of them in june they took $116 out my acc aug 12 I called aug 13 I was unaware of their messy business the compromised and agreed to sen 1/2 of my money back within 5 to 10 business days off course I didn't receive it I myself own a business its not about the money its the principal
Terrible website that makes you submit your payment option before viewing the menu. Once you view the menu and you're not satisfied with their menu, and you try to cancel before even placing the order they still process the $35.92 payment. After contacting the customer service, they informed me that the only way to receive your refund is to file a complaint with your payment option. After contacting my bank to dispute the charge, they also informed me that this merchant charges a reoccurring fee every month. This is a very extreme unfriendly merchant to consumers, and I do not recommend this merchant to anyone, period!
I've had Hellofresh for 6 months (2 of them unintentionally).
Despite the pause and termination, I received packets that were also billed to me! I've tried contacting the support several times, but it leads to their meaningless FAQ each time. At some point, a lady called me and told me that they didn't have any problems like that. She also didn't want to see my evidence (email with a confirmation of pause and termination) probably because she herself knew that it happened more often... I never had any problems with the delivery in terms of punctuality. However, they simply increase the package prices and entice you with a 3-week free test, bull$#*!, you still pay the full price with a maximum deduction of 10%. Hellofresh clearly has good dishes and the individual dishes tasted very good. However, their system is almost non-existent, and canceling or pausing is a foreign word for them. I hope the support team understands my point of view, otherwise, I will, unfortunately, have to take legal action and sue Hellofresh.
Cant manage an address change, the change made 4 days in advance but still cannot deliver to the new address. The customer support we are a self managed company cant help you in any way is the response I got. No warnings in the app for an address change about what happens for with the current shipment or anything,

These crooks took money from my account even though I had credit on the account. They are fraudulent and rely on the goons in the east with their cheap labour not happy with them at all.
They are a scam outfit who claim you'll get free referrals but they always lie
Hello fresh is nothing but a scam! Ever wonder why so many people are marking them? It's because they are terrible at what they do and need people we trust to help them out. I got a coupon in the mail FROM THEM for 17 free meals, free shipping, and a free tote. When I used the code it charged me a dollar for my first box (2 meals for 2 people) then stated my next box would be $40? Talked to CS and they were SO UNHELPFUL! Talked in circles the whole time and then told me my FREE coupon was for discounted boxes not free boxes. I wish I could give them negative stars because that's absolutely what they deserve I highly do not recommend giving this company a penny of your money! Oh and they didn't offer me anything just told me that they were right the whole time.

I am absolutely appauled with the service I have received. I cancelled my account a long time ago. I have just received an email telling me I need to pay for a box that will be me in 48h. Not only the fact that I do not want to receive this and will not be here to use the food. The food is the most revolting food I could have chosen on the menu if they even gave me the choice.
I therefore discussed it with one of there team members on Facebook called Dario who was extremely unhelpful and semt to take it as some kind of joke. They told me I would receive a call from their manager within the next 48h even though that's when I would receive the box.
Extremely disgusted with the service.
Do not waste your time or money on this greedy company. All they are interested in is getting your money!
They are making me pay for 3 meals to go straight in the bin.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Hello Fresh is too salty, they entirely miss delivery dates, and they literally double your weekly fee with add on prices for many of their meals.
Their recipes take longer than cooking from scratch because they have so many sauces to make that we normally wouldn't do with home cooked meals. This makes their dishes too salty as it smothers the dish.
We were very disappointed in their bait and switch increased prices as well missing deliveries and a 12 hour delivery window.
Physical gift cards are not sold in stores. I bought an e-gift card for a family member. I, nor they, ever got the e-gift card which was supposed to be emailed. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I tried it again. Same thing. I was embarrassed to give some a gift that wasn't even a gift! I went to the store and bought them a physical gift card for somewhere else. Later noticed I had TWO bank charges from Hello Fresh. So the charges went thru but the emails never came. I called and they WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! So I am stuck with two gift cards (because they were not for me and I already had to buy a replacement gift) and out over $140. I am now forced to spend MY $140 on their product that I don't want. What I wanted was a GIFT for someone else. I didn't get that and I'm out $140. I would never recommend Hello Fresh. Eventually this bad customer service will catch up with them. People work hard for their money and have a choice where to spend it.
Bought a $90 gift card to gift to a friend. Never received any confirmation but the $$ did come out of my account. Called multiple times and was assured the emails would arrive. 20 days later and nothing was ever received and when they looked it up they couldn't find anything because I never got a confirmation #. Also kept saying "the gift card you say you purchased…" not just saying, I did purchase it! The $90 came out of my account and I could prove it. Finally got a refund. We'll see if it actually goes through.

Answer: I signed up and realised its a scam - your first order is only able to be placed 2 weeks away, meaning they get your money even if you use a coupon... and from other reviews they won't let you cancel. I just registered a voucher, saw the dates and tried to cancel... and can't - there is no "cancel" on their website
Answer: You will still have to pay for delivery and such because this company says those things cannot be covered by a gift card. Beware signing up, because they will subscribe you as soon as you enter credit card information. It is in their Terms and Conditions at the beginning of the process.
Answer: You're automatically on auto ship…any week you don't overtly cancel will get sent out and you'll get charged.
Answer: Nor really. They will want to give you a partial refund of the single ingredient you found to be of poor quality... and that's if you want to take the time to navigate the website to find out how to do it. Their website is totally designed to make customer service difficult.
