I really love the high quality, beautiful roses that Heirloom Roses offer! They are beautiful and arrive alive and healthy. They offer advice and helpful tips to get started and plenty of soil amendments. If anything goes wrong, their warranty is excellent and their customer service is very good!
I highly recommend them!
We're so happy with our products. I trust these people. That's important to me.
There are roses we've had in the fire here or at previous homes, and since we lost our home and over 92% of our trees to wildfire we are working to replace trees and flowering plants that we had. During a salvage logging several rhododendron were lost as well. We are just getting the plants into the ground but hoping they will restore some of the beauty we have lost since the fire, as the County is giving us grief about replacing our home. As a beekeeper, I am anxious to have have enough of a nector flow to keep my replacement colonies alive and thriving.
Long delay from order to shipment. Beautiful plants. Very happy with purchase.
I give a 5 star review for my experience on order, delivery and quality roses
I received a text telling me that my rosebush had been delivered and a picture of the box.
I was hesitant to order rose bushes on the internet. The roses came very well packaged and in good shape. They were slightly defoliated for travel. They have been in the ground for only 2 weeks and I already have 2 blooms!
I was really impressed with the quality of my roses. They were fresh and moist upon opening the packaging. I planted them that same day! Now time to wait :(
Perfectly packaged and very well protected. Starts were well moistened. I was surprised about the lack of leaves until I watched you very informative video. That is very helpful.
All of the videos were extremely helpful in receiving the roses, unpacking them, planting them, watering them and feeding them. Also, we appreciated the shipping updates, as we are on the East Coast.
As always their roses are the healthiest and best performers In the market. Years ago I ordered from another well known place (the one based across the pond!), and it was sad affair, a very disappointing experience, none of their 5 roses survived, they never sprout, I can tell you that won't happened with Heirloom Roses, I have planted roses in the middle of the summer with scorching temperatures and bare roses in the spring, all of them are thriving.
I recently moved to a new house and a new state, with very different weather and I found the perfect plants at Heirloom Roses. They are worth every penny!
Every Rose I've bought from here has been outstanding! The plants are healthy beautiful! Description is good, and the customer service couldn't be better.
Easy ordering; timely delivery; excellent video instruction on how to plant.

Roses sent on time and arrived in great condition! Growing beautifully! I absolutely LOVE the first bush that has started to bloom, Twilight Zone!
They came as promised and and waiting to see them grow,
I received my roses late but it was no fault of heirloom roses. Shipping company had them for 8 days and I was worried about the plants being DOA. Spoke to Sonya at HR and she described how they were packaged and what they prepared them prior to shipping for just such circumstances. They arrived in great shape and all is well. Thanks Greg
Wonderful selection of roses and great customer service! But the important thing is the Type of plant. These have grown wonderfully since a planted them then left the country for 10 weeks, with housesitter car, but not my knowledgeable touch. I can't wait to watch them grow and hopefully won't have the problem some of my grafted roses have presented. One lavender rose had a red spot last year, and after the winter and pruning, the entire bush is coming back red. My deep yellows rose next to a white rose that has gone very pink, has lost it's vibrancy. I do have something going on in this garden, but I can tell these roses which have already bloomed in brilliant colors will stay that way. Hooray
The rose shipped on time, came as described, and is doing well in its pot til I can direct plant it. Overall, very pleased.
Rose arrived well packaged on the expected date. I followed instructions and it still looks healthy.
Answer: I bought from Heirloom Roses because of the amazingly beautiful selection of roses they offer plus their customer service is beyond excellent.
Answer: I live in 8b and prune in November. Watch the weather as they should tell you when six weeks before the first frost happens. I prune again in April after the last frost and before the buds turn red and swell.
