Delivered on time and package arrived safely with no damages.
Quality roses with excellent customer service and support. I bought 3 and had 1 die and they have a 1 year warranty and arranged for another one to replace it. Thanks so much
The customer service was great, and we would definitely order from you again.
Shopping was simple. Great pictures and descriptions.
Looking for one of my wife's childhood favorites led me here.
I did not know the advantage of own root roses (suckers are good!).
Great videos and support materials!
It was great thanx. Wish there would have been an instructions booklet or leaflet. I had to call the hotline to find out what to do since there was an arctic event that would be around the region for the next three weeks.
The difference that own root roses makes is incredible.
I was happy to find another of the elusive Lady Elsie Mae rose that survived and thrived in the Texas Snowapocalypse and subsequent drought. A nice surprise was a good selection of musk roses, so I am taking a chance with a lovely purple one. So many pretty roses. Mine arrived well packed and in such good shape. The website was easy to navigate. The difficult part was choosing which ones to purchase.
Great selection and the chat got me information quickly
I received my Desdemona. Very happy. Waiting on others that I ordered.
Has been a bit disappointing. I don't know what else to say,, I don't think you'll want to use my review anyhow.
My order was delayed due to weather. I was so impressed with the follow up email from Heirloom Roses requesting order delivery status. The order just arrived and i couldn't be happier with my roses and the customer experience. Thank you!
Love the roses and the service. Thank you for your great products and service..
The only place I will order roses from and they come safely shipped and delivered.
Heirloom was easy to order from and was responsive to my questions.
I should have ordered earlier. A couple of the roses that I really wanted are sold out but fortunately there were other beautiful choices. The ones that I chose arrived today and look healthy and have already started to leaf out. Let the planting begin!
Not a knowledgeable rose gardener myself, I recently made a mistake in ordering five beautiful hybrid tea roses for a friend of mine. I had no idea that when they arrived at her northern New Mexico address and there was snow on the ground and overnight temperatures in the teens that my gift would be less than welcomed and cause her to panic rather than to be happy.
She refused delivery, called the company, was instructed to take them back to the deliverer, which was Fed-Ex, she hesitated when requested to pay the shipping fee, BUT all was resolved. I received a full refund, and she received the full shipping fee she had paid to return them.
I am sorry I made that error, but I am very grateful to Heriloom Roses for being so prompt and helpful in resolving our issue. In the future, I will check ahead with gardening friends to make sure I am choosing the appropriate gift at the appropriate time of year.
As a trusting/loyal customer, I spent $1200+ purchased over 30+ rose in two months at heirloom roses.
Among all these roses, I identified one plant has not been healthy/performing well (two out of its three branches were dying upon arrival and didn't make it back)
I emailed photos showing the died branches of this unhealthy plant, and asked for exchange - very reasonable request I assume - however, got denied immediately. Because my plant has not "totally died yet" - what kind of quality assurance is that?
Not sure I will recommend this biz to anyone, nor myself will support this biz anymore.
Hello Julia. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your rose. It looks like our Customer Care Representative, Brittany, has already arranged for you to be shipped a replacement Lady of Shallot. I'm glad to see that we were able to resolve your warranty claim. I'm not sure what else further we can do here, but please feel free to reach out if you need more assistance. Thank you!
When you are sending a sympanthy plant it is best for them to get it before people forget someone even died. Took 3 weeks and STILL not received. No good way to track. Unacceptable and can't get anyone from the company to own up to what happened. WARNING - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Hello Julia,
I understand that you are frustrated with the shipping time for your order. We try to make our shipping information very clear for our valued customers. You are able to select the best shipping week for you, based on the available shipping dates when you place the order. We also follow up with an email explaining in detail what to expect when the scheduled shipping week that you chose is approaching. We did in fact ship your order according to the shipping week that you selected at checkout. I see we emailed you the tracking information and it's right on time to be delivered today. We hope your Heirloom Rose is a beautiful memorial to your loved one for years to come. Please accept our condolences for your loss.
I wrote to Heirloom Roses a month ago about a problem with a rose I bought. Immediately I received a notice that "a Customer Service Representative would get back to me soon". Fast forward to today and I have heard nothing. Correct that, I've heard nothing concerning my issue but I have received daily solicitations to buy more roses. I should also say that when I bought the rose, I fell for the pitch that I needed the bone meal, fish worms etc to help my rose grow. The rose is as dead as a door nail. Don't buy from this place.
John, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your rose. We do have a one year warranty for any roses that do not survive their first year. I would like to look up your warranty request. We are currently answering our emails in the order they were received as quickly as possible. Please reply to your ticket and put "attention: Robin" and we will get back to you right away. Thank you for letting us fix this for you.
Answer: I bought from Heirloom Roses because of the amazingly beautiful selection of roses they offer plus their customer service is beyond excellent.
Answer: I live in 8b and prune in November. Watch the weather as they should tell you when six weeks before the first frost happens. I prune again in April after the last frost and before the buds turn red and swell.

Thank you so much, Anne! What a lovely gesture sending roses to your friend! We hope to help you with beautiful own-root roses in the future!
