I have not and will not purchase roses or anything else from these people because they are abusive at their email marketing and you can't unsubscribe - no provision for that on their website you can only sign up you can't unsubscribe. Plus they never answer their phone, just endless music hold. They don't answer direct emails either. So if a rose bush was purchased and you needed to ask questions or get help there would be no way all you'd get is endless SALES emails. Several every single day.
Ordered 2 roses since April 2022.
Scheduled to ship late May. 1 week before my scheduled shipping day, I received an email saying that my Road Dahl was out of stock. If I wanted to select another rose, they will discount. I responded immediately with another selection. However, 1 rose was shipped. I emailed them 4-5 times asking about another rose. No response. Called their customers service number: no response. Called multiple times and finally I can talk to a lady. She said she could not locate my email. I gave her my order number and asked for a refund. She told me: since the order system and email system are 2 different, she can't see my email. And she will refund me.
Waited until today: no refund. Just opened a case with *******@Heirloom rose: do NOT say you can't find my email. You guy contacted me via this email. STOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mandy, I am sorry that you are frustrated with the care you received. It is hard to track customers when they use multiple names and email addresses so I am sorry for the difficulty in tracking your communication with us. I show that we have already refunded you for these plants and restored your loyalty points. I am not sure what else we can do to help you. While we understand your frustration with the delay in response time, we would request that you please not respond to our kind Customer Care team with foul language and obscenities. We are doing our best to take care of everyone in a timely manner and we value our thoughtful Customer Care team members and believe they each deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.
Had three beautiful roses that preformed wonderful the first year in containers but didn't make it thru the winter. I put in a claim online but didn't hear back for several weeks. I called and spoke with Brittany who reviewed my claim and approved it. Wonderful customer service and nice to speak to. Looking forward to my new roses.

I have always been afraid to grow roses. Last fall, I made the jump and purchased two rose bushes(Peace and Touch of Class) from Heirloom Roses. I watched the YouTube videos provided on the website and gained a ton of knowledge. Touch of class had one bloom before winter and have had multiple blooms this spring. Peace did not bloom in fall and has produced beautiful blooms this spring. I could not be happier!

I've purchased about 10 roses from Heirloom Roses this summer and they are the first company I check with when I need another plant. The variety of roses is the best and customer service has been helpful. Recently I wanted to add on to an order and was having issues with being able to log in to my account, I reached out and someone called me, corrected my order, helped me log in to my account, and gave me helpful advice about some of the roses. Yes original prices are a bit high, but they often run great sales and have a great loyalty point program. Quality of shipped roses has always been excellent as well.

I ordered and paid for five climbing roses from Heirloom Roses in Jan. It was supposed to ship out the week of May 23; it's two weeks and the roses didn't arrive. I tried repeatedly to contact them but never got a response from them. I was out $200.

Bought a rose, took awhile to ship but they gave me the shipping window up front when I ordered. Once it shipped it arrived in 4 days even with Memorial Day. I planted the rose on Tuesday and it is doing great. I followed the YouTube video and so far so good. Will buy again from them if I can find space in my garden.

I am an avid rose gardener. Unfortunately I fell and have significant injuries to my shoulder and neck. I had the remaining four roses from Heirloom to be delivered but I had to cancel my orders. Heirloom roses very generously cancelled, refunded and responded quickly. I have over 15 roses from Heirloom roses this season. I have been shopping for roses at Heirloom Roses for 2 years now. I am a relatively new rosarian BUT I research everything I buy or use painstakingly. The reasons I absolutely love Heirloom are:
Own root roses: yes, they take a bit longer to grow to their full potential BUT they are easy to grow - no parent graft messing up - sending shoots etc.; you don't have to worry about pruning them too much; relatively disease free
Quality of roses: I have crossed the 25 different roses mark from HR. All roses have arrived EXACTLY as expected. As mentioned above, they take a bit longer to grow but once established they are SOLID. And the blooms are GORGEOUS!
The fertilizers etc.: The fish emulsion is solid gold. The roses go crazy after application. Tons of buds within a few days. The bone meal is also of an obviously higher quality than the 'premium ' brand from the gardening centers.
Customer Service: I have never had an issue with customer service AND the folks who pick up the phone KNOW ABOUT ROSES! As I was going through my rosarian initiation, I had many questions. And the answers were always available.
YouTube Channel: I LOVE HR YouTube channel. Simple, drama free solid advice
Small Business: While I do not disavow large business by any means, I support small business as much as I can and it is important to me.

Heirloom Roses has the most amazing selection of roses, like none I've ever seen on any other website, it's difficult to decide what to buy. The rose bushes I've received were in excellent condition and larger compared to what you usually receive from online websites. The customer service I've received has always been superior. They respond quickly and address all my questions and concerns with professional guidance which is so appreciated by a novice like me. This past winter I lost 7 of my roses. I submitted my claims. I also tried to place an order online but wasn't able to complete it. I called customer service expecting to have to fight for my warranty. I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service representative I spoke with. She apologized for my difficulty placing an order and explained they were experiencing a glitch in the system and were working on it. She took my phone number and said she would research my damage claims and call me back. True to her word she called and gave me full credit with free shipping for all 7 roses. She also helped me place my order. She reviewed everything that we had discussed and then helped place a second order using some of my store credit. She was so patient and genuinely concerned that all my questions and concerns were resolved. She even sincerely asked me to send a picture of my garden. This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever received from anyone. Heirloom Roses has gained a lifelong loyal customer because of their beautiful roses and excellent customer service.

I have been buying roses from Heirloom for several years. All the roses have come nicely packaged with healthy roses. I love the fact that their roses are own root and not grafted. In all these years, I have had one issue about a wrong rose, they promptly returned my email and fixed the problem. Love this company!

I ordered a honeymoon bare root rose (white) three years ago. I received it and planted it. Next season it grew and had foliage but didn't bloom. No biggie. I was prepared to have to wait. This season it starts blooming and I see bright red buds! A bud finally blooms and sure enough it is a different rose that what I ordered 3 seasons ago! It isn't even close! Called and could not get through so I sent emails. After reading all these reviews I will keep my fingers crossed. I put in 3 years caring for this rose and it's the wrong one! Now I have a red regose in my white rose area. I dont even like red roses. So infuriating!
Hi! Thanks for letting us know about your rose. We actually do not sell bare root roses and all of our roses are Own-Root Roses so they are 100% a duplicate of the mother plant. There is no grafting so they cannot change into a different rose or revert to rootstock as there is no rootstock on Own-Root Roses. Roses that revert to red blooms are usually grafted on Dr. Huey which is a common red rootstock. So this is not an Heirloom Rose. Is there another rose planted close by that could have a sucker coming up near your white rose?
Answer: I bought from Heirloom Roses because of the amazingly beautiful selection of roses they offer plus their customer service is beyond excellent.
Answer: I live in 8b and prune in November. Watch the weather as they should tell you when six weeks before the first frost happens. I prune again in April after the last frost and before the buds turn red and swell.
