Roses were delivered impeccably! They have been planted and we are excited to see how they grow and bloom!
I'm waiting on my rose plant but the catalog I received has me dreaming of even more gorgeous plants!
Today I received the catalog which I requested. I have just browsed through it, marking the many pages I'm interested in. So many wonderful products from which to choose. Shall be ordering soon.
I am so glad I can send this rose to a very special person. It will be a surprise to her. It is her favorite and because of a move she could not take the one planted here with her. She is so looking forward to planting the bush and enjoying the fragrant blooms.
Very well packaged for their trip, my roses arrive unscathed. They are perky and ready for planting.
On time shipping and quality roses. Will shop again
I have been looking for these roses and always sold out. Found them and can't wait I know they will be beautiful and smell heavenly.
Ordered 3 Angel Face roses. Roses received were in great shape, already leafing out; after spending a week in a very sturdy cardboard box. Videos about planting and 1st year care were perfect.
So easy and quick! I'm very excited about this rose...!
There was a mistake. Made on shipping date. I contacted the company & it was immediately corrected. The roses arrived as scheduled in excellent condition.
I received my first ever order from Heirloom Roses and also my first ever own root rose. The rose arrived healthy and soil was still moist. I planted it in a container and now waiting for my Falling in Love to bloom! It says it has a lot of thorns but my son bought me a pair of rose pruning gloves so I'm good to go! Very positive experience with Heirloom
I have a wonderful spot for roses w/ excellent rich soil. I am a seasoned gardener.
I have bought 5 roses from heirloom roses
And they were not hardy plants. I no longer have any of them after 5 years. I just pulled the last one out. They never flourished, and they were given care.
Heirloom prices are very high, and their roses aren't hardy. Not a good combination.
I live in zone 6. Not too cold.
The Beverly hybrid rose bush looked almost dead and quite small when it arrived. It's slowly starting to respond with some leaves appearing.
I'm disappointed given the cost of the plant.
I had no luck with your customer service and mentioned it in my rose group. They suggested that I just order from your website. I finally received your catalog and appreciate being able to read about your roses. Thank you so much.
Rose arrived well packaged. I planted using easy to follow instructions. Now waiting for bush to grow and bloom!
Wish there was more education about roses and rose types
These pathetic plants showed up broken, disheveled, and waterless. I will never buy heirloom again. This goes to show cost doesn't equal quality.

I'm planting them today, looking forward to beautiful roses. The website is easy to use, I appreciate that.
I received my rose in an awakened state with blossoming buds and was very worried that it was still very cold outside in NJ. But it came to hang and my rose had already grown. I really hope she will be great, because I dreamed about her so much!
Answer: I bought from Heirloom Roses because of the amazingly beautiful selection of roses they offer plus their customer service is beyond excellent.
Answer: I live in 8b and prune in November. Watch the weather as they should tell you when six weeks before the first frost happens. I prune again in April after the last frost and before the buds turn red and swell.
