Ordering the dress was a little tricky because I couldn't see a preview of it in the color I wanted a I ordered the color as shown in the add. After receiving the dress, it vaguely resembled what was in the ad. The split was not evident and there was a cummerbund that was not visible in the ad. While the dress appeared to be well made, it didn't have that polished look.

Found the dress easily and bought it. Just doesn't fit well.

I don't like how hard it is to get fabric samples. Very expensive and the pictures just don't look accurate. I just picked a color and hoped for the best and it worked out but perhaps that's an area of opportunity to improve.

I purchased 3 dresses, I tried to return 2, after endless emails and bargaining with this company, they offered a coupon, than they said no. I had to reach out to the Chinese Embassy, I am awaiting a response.

I ordered a standard size mother of the bride dress. Not a custom fit It was very nice. But I found another one I liked better from another company. I asked Hebeo's for a return label. They refused to send one. Instead they said I had to keep the dress because they don't accept returns. The other online sites I ordered from included return labels if you needed to send the dress back along with mailing instructions. Hebeo's had nothing in the package to identify the dress or purchase information. I emailed Hebeo's customer service many times. They responded back in broken english! You cannot return the dress. These people are thieves!
The dress is $288.00 dollars and never worn. They will not refund me my money! SCAM SCAM!
