Customer service was quick to respond by email, but never very helpful. Even after sending pictures of how bad the dress was, they kept trying to get me to keep it.

I bought two dresses thinking that I could return one because of the return policy that they have listed on the purchase page. However it's a scam, they do not let you do returns. Apparently none of the standard size dresses fit anyone and you're supposed to pay extra money to get them altered.

You first must take pictures of your dress, send The pictures to them with request to return. If it is too big or too small, they will ask you for your measurements, and then tell you to get the dress tailored.
Per their policy it is up to them whether they will accept your return or not.
Overall, I am happy with my shopping experience. I received my custom-sized dress within three weeks of placing the order. The quality of the dress exceeds my expectation.
