Received fast and just need a bit of tailoring under armpit area.

Unfortunately they sent the wrong size shoes, I wear a 6 ( 36 in European size) according to size chart. They sent a 37! I reordered and the 36 are too big as well-

Although I ordered this dress, it did not fit me. Anytime you are ordering from another country, either you have to order a size bigger than what you normally wear or a size smaller depending on what the product is. I was so unhappy because I could just see myself in that beautiful dress.

It was very easy to place my order. I emailed a question about the dress and received a quick response that answered my question.

My product was damaged, and your company wants me to pay $20 to receive a replacement for the heart lid that is damaged. I only paid $10.70 for the pillow. I am only asking for the lid, not the entire pillow. However, I will not be using this company for any more of my wedding dresses, etc. as I had planned. This company is not for the customer but only for the money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This was my first and last experience shopping here.

So far, the reviews are right on point. The dress is too big so I do need get it altered but it was reasonable priced

The dress is sleeveless and is not made for women with big arms. I let them know it did not work out and they suggested I get it altered. They will not give you money back if it does not fit even though I ordered the size and not to my measurements.

My expeirence with Hebeos in general is not bad. I just was not happy with the wedding dress I ordered. Pros and cons but not for me. I was unable to return it due to having it made in my custom size, which is understandable.

The looks were amazing, color picking was very easy, amazing price and all around my favorites to shop for a moment you'll keep dear to your heart forever.

Easy ordering process. Just measure and pick the size to her measurements. Didn't order special fit. Took about 3 weeks to arrive to the United States. Able to track dress as it was shipped. Using this dress for a winter formal.next prom. Excited to order again

I read if I didn't like the dresses I was able to return them as long as not custom and costumer service will not take them back the first dress is more purple than pink and the other dress just didn't fit was too big
