Order my wedding dress with an excepted delivery date of 4 weeks. My dress was delivered to my door within 2 weeks of purchase

The service department resolution to the problem of the dress is not satisfactory. I asked to return the dress and they only offered 12% of the cost of the dress and take it to a tailor. Well that won't work since the dress is 2 sizes too small. I'm not happy to say the least.

I did order another dress but will need to have it taken in a bit but still worth it

I purchased a wedding dress and didn't like how it fit so I wanted to return it. They tell me to keep the dress and that they will send a $25 credit or take 20% off my next dress. OR I'll have to pay $40 to return the dress., I don't know why I can return it and get my money back. I will not purchase another item from this website.

My dress arrived in perfect condition and earlier than I expected.

It didn't fit right so I tried to return it. However, the policy is that I can't return it but I did receive a 70% off coupon

The color I selected (champagne) does not look good on me. When I wanted to return the dress I was told I have to send a picture, etc. The coloring of my skin/hair color with the color of the dress is not going to show up. I just wanted to return the dress. Don't need a hassle. I will not buy on line again from this company.

I needed to return a never worn dress, and the people only wanna give me 20% back. That's ridiculous!

The dress came early, we paid the extra money for customs tailoring and it fit perfectly. My daughter is wearing to her prom and she is so excited! The dress is beautiful

Dresses are too small. No form to give me the option to return them in.

Picked a dress like it ordered it the dress came earlier which was nice. My is a size 2 tall and skinny so we didn't have any special measurement
