Easy to order, but not disclosed at the time of purchase that a full refund will not be honored. I am getting married in 5 weeks, and was hoping that one of the dresses I purchased would fit and be what I was looking for. When I recieved my dresses, I was extremely disappointed and contacted customer service right away. They insisted on pictures of why I was unhappy with my purchase. I followed all the appropriate directions on returning my purchase, to be offered 20% discount on my purchase. I will not be shopping this website ever again.

I wish the dress would have been the correct color that we had ordered because it was well made but wrong color.

The flowers were amazing looked just like on page slip worked perfect for dress pillow was great better than picture

There was a problem with the wrong shipping address, somehow combined the shipping & billing address together. Was able to correct it within 72 hours, due to time difference between US & UK

My experience over all, I need to return it. The dress that arrived is way to large. I did give exact measurements.

Painful. They won't honor their return policy and tried to negotiate with voucher towards next purchase, which I will not do. Still waiting if they'll take return or I'm out.

I received the dress from Hebos and I love it. Fits perfectly and I love the colour. I tried it on for the bride and she loves it too. The style suits me and the colour doesn't "wash" me out.
