Easy transaction. Shipping was not as long as I had anticipated.

The product i received was on time and the quality was amazing! I love the customer support too. Before i bought the dress, i reached out to Hebeos via email and asked for a picture of the dress to be sure i wanted to but it. They answers me in a matter of days and sent me exactly what i was wanting. Love this site and will definitely be buying here again!

Purchasing the dress was easy. I really wish the colors were more accurate. Unfortunately I will have to return this dress

Shopping was great, checking out was a little difficult. Should make it easier for people who just want to pay with a credit card who don't have pay pal.

They double package so it doesn't get wet, but they also but the dress inside out so it doesn't get damaged

The material is very uncomfortable, the front lace rubbed my neck almost raw after 20 minutes of wearing it. It's also very stiff, making movements difficult. I can not lift my arms above my chest without thinking it is about to rip.

Description of dress was not the same as picture.now pray I am able to find another dress before my big day I will never order clothing of any kind from this site again

Shipping took a while and the dress we received was pretty BUT not exactly as pictured. There were a few differences. My daughter still loves it though and will be wearing it to her prom.

It was very easy to place the order and the dress came during the timeframe advertised. The dress just wasn't what I expected.

Beautiful dresses. It was Hard to decide. But the dress came well tailored. I think it needs a dress bag. But very pretty

Ordered my gown. Received my gown. Didn't care for the plastic looking rhinestones on the front of the gown. So I requested a return. Three days later I got an email. Asking for pictures. An what was wrong.
My reply was as stated about. Plastic rhinestones. Submitted the form. Never heard back. Tried again. Nothing. Three times a charm right. Nope nothing. Do not buy. Can't return. Very disappointing.

The dress I ordered arrived when it needed to, however I didn't receive a shipping email. The dress itself looks great on but the zip is small and fiddly which makes it quite difficult to use. Overall, the dress is gorgeous and I would recommend Hebeos as a company.

My dress came before they said it would come. For them not to have the person there to make the dress to size, they did a good job of closely getting the dress to fit with only given measurements. Of course there are a few alterations that has to be done, overall the company was very prompt, professional, and are good at what they do.

Easy website to use. Notifications sent along the tailoring and shipping process.

My dress does not fit and I need to return for a refund. I am having problems trying to find out how I return the dress.

Good product, arrived as promised. Very nice and my daughter is thrilled with it.
