I ordered 3 dresses and wanted to return 2 of them as they were not good for my body type. I reached out to Hebeos customer service and followed the instructions they provided and was told that since I was sent the correct items, they could not take them as a free return and there would be a 15% restocking fee and asked if I could keep them and resell them on my own. Horrible customer service!

Concerned regarding business overseas. Questions answered promptly. Dress is well made. Told I could receive coupon to put 70% paid towards a better fitting dress, and am requesting this. Wedding is in July. Hope to receive this with instructions for use soon.

We received the correct dress wrong color. We are unable to send it back as we are afraid we will not receive the right color again so close to prom

I was very disappointed in the quality and the appearance of this dress. It's looks nothing like the picture on the website. The color is not dark navy blue either. The sewing is tacky and the material quality is awful.

I ordered this dress fairly early for my wedding in September 2023. I ordered just the standard size and not my actual measurements, but my body shape is weird compared to others', so I figured I would just get it and get my own alterations done. Well, this dress is not at all what I was expecting. The pink is VERY bright and I am not a fan of that for a wedding dress along with the mesh also being pink. The top is extremely boxy and uncomfortable. And there just was no shape to the dress.
