Ordered this dress for bridesmaids for a beach wedding. Perfect fit. Well made. Very satisfied.

So the dress doesn't fit my daughter I'm trying to return it I've emailed 5 times with no response

Everything was pretty straight forward, I looked at lots of reviews and stuff to make sure I got the correct dress and I did.

Site was easy to order from. Sizing is good and true.

The dress was awful and very cheap feeling and looking. They were initially responsive to my return request, but when I asked for the return address after they agreed I can return it minus a fee, they haven't responded in 3 days.

My order came quickly however I have emailed customer service and have not heard back as the zipper will not close past the waist.

Dress was not as expected and too small. Took over two weeks of going back and forth with customer service as they were trying to avoid a return. They finally told me I could not return which is very poor customer service and will not be buying or referring anyone to this site. Buyer beware.

The dress is pink(satin) not dusty rose color. They lie, disappointing!

Are you sure to follow their size chart exactly. Go by the measurements and not by the size you usually take.

I took the chance in ordering from here as the dress I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and in store it didn't meet my price range. My dress came in two weeks and it was absolutely perfect I cannot wait to wear it on my big day!

This was the only place I could find that could make a dress with custom sizing. We ordered it in navy blue and it turned out beautifully with only minimal alterations required because we purposely ordered it a little bigger than needed to be cautious. My daughter is wearing it for prom. The dress arrived 10 days earlier than projected! The dress is great quality. Lots of layers of good quality fabric! Much better than I was expecting since this was my first time ordering a customer sized dress online.

I cannot rate the product as it never came. I am still waiting on someone from the company to reach out to me.

If I could give a negative zero I would I ordered a US10 which is my size this dress is to big it looks ridiculous on me nothing like the picture I asked for a refund and I get referred to there return policy that states they don't issue refunds for size issues! Really WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

Beautiful materials, but improper sizing. They will not allow a return and they have been putting the problem back on me at my expense.
