I ordered my daughters prom dress from HEBEOS on 3/26/23. I have yet to receive it. I received an email from Sitejabber on 4/14/23 asking for review of product and delivery. It is now 4/19/23, I have emailed HEBEOS twice and received ZERO response. According to my order tracking, it is still in "tailoring". At this rate, my daughter won't have her dress for prom. Awesome for her senior year (insert sarcasm).

The dress is too small. Would like to return it and get a bigger size. I do like the material and color. Can you give instructions on returns

Never received dress or any updates on potential arrival. Sent an email response requesting someone contact me and still waiting on that as well.

A bit disappointed that it came in bubble wrap in a bag with having a bridal bouquet in thought, thought it would have come in a box but otherwise, perfect! Thank you

The dress fits to her measurements, the back was different than what I thought the picture depicted. I ordered it to her measurements, so I didn't have to find a tailor to alter the dress. However, there I hawks were missing on the dress when it arrived so now I have to find somebody to fix it, but for the price the gown is pretty and fits nicely

Shipped just as we were told. Dress is gorgeous and shipped perfectly. True to size also.

My daughter is so sad that these prom dresses never came. I will dispute with my card company if a refund is not processed promptly.

Easy to order pretty quick delivery. Still waiting back to find out how to return the dress we decided against. So far bo response from company.

The only problem I have is the different discounts which could be better explained.
The shipping of the gown could be place in a box instead wrap up in a ball. I unpacked the gown and it was rolled up in a ball which it was so wrinkle up. It was very hard to iron it out.

The default size option fit me perfectly, and the dress looks very nice.

I cannot connect with customer service to return dresses. The one was supposed to be lavender, but it's pinkish, purple. The other the emblem is not positioned where it was on the model in the photo.
Customer service has yet to sent me a customer order return form.
Poor quality dresses and complete rip-off.

We never even received the dress. Her prom is Friday i am so mad. No one will even email me back

No communication, the dress was suppose to be delivered by now and it's not even made yet! I keep reaching out and nobody will contact me- except an email that asked if I received the dress- NO, in fact when I look up the order number it says it's not even made yet so why would you email asking if I received it yet?!?!?

Order this wedding dress and when I tried it on the sheer material on the shoulders seams looked TERRIBLE! The dress is supposed to look off the shoulders but you not only can very visibly see the sheer material but the seams on the shoulders are ugly! Customer service will not give me a refund for this terribly made dress and won't provide a shipping label to send back a defective dress that I cannot wear!

Bought 3 dresses for an upcoming wedding - the other 2 sites did not require photos for a return. RIDICULOUS

Great! They are beautiful and can't wait for the girls to wear them this October!

Only problem I had was I paid for expedited shipping and didn't receive in the time window.

Your return policy is horrific. I am eating the cost of the dress. You have made it extremely difficult to return it.
