Love the dresses they were exactly as they were said to be.

The experience was not bad however I'm returning the dress and its proving to be a difficult task. I don't like that you have to send your measurements instead of I'm not happy with the purchase and that's enough they do not provide the return address I guess you have to prove it's not for you before they give you the return information.

Horrible. Not at all what I expected. Thought I could return if it didn't fit not take to an alteration place. I can't do that bc it's way too small.

Beautiful dress with a small train, just what my daughter wanted for me. The quality of the material is a little flimsy underneath. The shipping was on time.

They told me my dress was delivered but their tracking states the UK and I'm in the USA no one has called me and the email just sent verified the tracking of the package delivered across the world. I'm heartbroken and devastated. I will never buy from this company. The lack of communication is gut-wrenching and disappointing. My wedding is in a couple of months. I have to find a replacement dress but I need my refund first. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I made an order 1st April and the estimated time was between 16th and 23th. The dresses arrived on 27th April. Due to this late delivery I bought another dress for the occasion and wanted to return this because doesn't make any sense keep with them If I didn't use and didn't want anymore because didn't arrive on time. They said they will pay for the return and now they don't. My paypall account is blocked because of them. They are dishonest and this is inadmissible.

I ordered my dress very last minute, but to my surprise it came two days earlier than my wedding! It was a decent dress but my straps did fall about an hour into the reception.

Sent me the wrong size even though I said I wanted it tailored and paid extra for it and even the color was wrong to the one I picked. Asked for lilac and they gave me pink. Couldn't even wear the dress as it was way to big since it wasn't the size I asked for (it was tailored to my exact measurements)

I bought this dress for my granddaughter as the picture was of a child and when I ordered it was an adult size! When I requested a return I was told I should go pay to have it altered because they do not accept returns!

Easy to use site, Materials don't feel cheap, and delivered early.

The dress is beautiful but I am going to move forward with the other one.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress and did not like the way it looked (poor quality). When I contacted them for return instructions and a refund I received the run around and an offer for a 13% discount. Additional attempts to contact the have gone unanswered. I will never order from this company again.

I loved my dress, it looks just a pretty as the picture. I miss judged the opening of the sleeves area. So busy liking the look of the dress on me. Forgot my upper arms are large than normal.
Therefore I can't get me arms through the opening, it's very narrow.

I ordered a wedding dress from them and they say they take returns on non custom gowns on the website. They DO NOT DISCLOSE anywhere on the website that you are responsible to pay for a return to CHINA! It cost me $44.75 US dollars to wait a month to get my money back. This is totally deceptive and I am letting Paypal know this
