I have ordered my daughter prom dress from here and it was loose but my biggest problem was the wrong color. I needed a black dress they sent dark blue. When I ask to return the dress for a refund they told me they can give me 10% of a $150 dollars dress. $16... and when O tried to contact them they take 2 days or more for a response... UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER AGAIN... I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS FROM CHINA MY DAUGHTER FOUND THIS SITE... THEY THE WORST! ONLY THING I CAN SAY THEY HAVE NICE DRESSES.
Beautiful dress! I was pleasantly surprised! My daughter is 5'3 and with sling back heels it only hit the floor about an inch. It was a little closer to a dark red than a burgundy but still very stunning. She was extremely happy with this dress.

Omg! Just received my dress. Yes it looks just like the picture. It is gorgeous. I ordered based on the size chart listed and it fits perfectly. It laces up the back however I might have a zipper installed since it is for my wedding. They used high quality satin. It is fabulous.

The dress took 2 weeks to make & then 4 days for shipping. I ordered on March 27 & it arrived on April 16. The quality of the dress is nice. The material is pretty thick I was surprised so thats good. I ordered a size 2. I am 55 & 115 pounds. I got it in the color red.

Received a damaged dress, immediately contacted via email to get return auth #. All they want to do is have US pay to have repaired and they will offer anywhere from a 5-20% DISCOUNT. We are now in process after a month of emailing back and forth, having to try to dispute charges with our credit card. Will also file a complaint wtih the FTC. Your stuck with a dress no matter what, they do not follow their return policy at all.
Received my Daughters prom dress. It is awful the sticking is all messed up! The color is not what we selected. Customer service doesn't get back to you. They have not been answering any emails. There is no other way to get in touch with them. I have to buy another dress for my daughter.
The dress arrived on time. That was the only thing that was positive. The bodice of the dress did not look anything like the dress we ordered. The breast pad that was sewn in the dress had a permanent wrinkle. It looked so ridiculous it was un wearable. They refused to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HEBEOS! Complete FRAUD
When i ordered my dress i had very low hopes! And i ordered my dress a month and a half before my prom because i figured it would be about a month for them to tailor and ship it.The communication definitely isn't the best but they were very nice to me. I didn't get updates as often as i would've liked so i kept emailing them and they always responded within 3 days. The tailoring ended up taking about 26 days which i'm not upset about cause my dress has many layers in it. They even gave me free rush shipping because of the long time it took to tailor! SO they shipped my dress and i got it 3 days earlier than promised! So if you are going to order i suggest ordering about two months in advanced.
I ordered my daughters prom dress did come the day they said it would. They sent me tracking with no delivery date. They then sent me tracking and I still have not received it. They will not answer any of emails. They have my money and I have no dress!

I HAVE ORDERED MY DRESS OVER A MONTH AGO WITH GUARANTEED DELIVEREY DATE OF APRIL 20th AND ON APRIL 13th THEY CONTACTED ME SAYING THAT THEY WOULD SHIP IT OUT SOON. SINCE THEM I HAVE RECIVED NO CONTACT FROM THEM. ON APRIL 20th I REACHED OUT TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THEIR FALSE DELIVERY CLAIMS AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. UPON TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ORDER THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL, SAYING TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IT BACK. THEY ARE BASED IN THE UK BUT ARE REALLY LOCATED IN ASIA. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND ITS STAFF PUT IN JAIL FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. NEVER BUY FROM HERE AND LISTEN TO THEIR LIES.
