My daughter fell in love with this dress and couldnt find it in any boutique in our area. Some shops claimed we wouldnt be able to get it anywhere. My daughter was heartbroken. We went online and found it on your site. It fit like a glove! Would recommend this site to everyone. Thank you!

The dress looks just like it does in the picture. I ordered the dress for my granddaughter and she was happy. The dress was a little long but nothing that couldn't be fixed. If you are planning to order it is true to size.

Ordered a prom dress for our daughter using her measurements. When it arrived it was nowhere close to the right size and the sewing was terrible. Frayed hems, holes in seams, tears at the wrist. Our daughter is 5'6'' and 145 lbs. I am 6'1'' and 270 lbs. I put the dress on and it fit me. Looked bad even with my beard. We have ordered several custom dresses online and never had a problem until now. Hebeos is a scam and a joke. We have been fighting with them by email for a month. Their suggestion was to pay a local tailer to fix it, then offered 10% of the price as an incentive. The dress is of such poor quality it is unfit to be worn anywhere. Now they are up to 25% and say that is the best they can do. Complete insult, and the worst customer service I have ever seen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! My daughter ordered a dress for her senior prom one month before her prom. She received 2-3 generic emails stating her dress was still being tailored. There is no phone number to call. The week of prom I emailed the site myself, didn't get a reply, took to PayPal to request a refund. Miraculously we got a shipping email that day. The dress arrived 4 days after prom and one month after it was ordered. We had to purchase another dress because my daughter needed it. I have emailed the site numerous times about a refund. Got a generic email they would refund shipping? I've sent numerous emails regarding the return and they have yet to answer. The dress is generic, the fabric cheap, and looks very different from the picture. This was a prom nightmare, we lost time and money! They lost a very good customer, we will NEVER order from this site again!

Even with the fake positive reviews on here, 1 in 3 reviews are extremely negative. Really take the time to read the angry negative reviews.

We received the dress a week after the event we had purchased it for. Poor quality stitching and beads falling off it. My wife emailed asking about refunds and we have not received a response. My expectations on resolution from this company are extremely low so I am sure we will have to remedy this through our credit card company.

I absolutely love this dress it fits to a T! Im 58 and it was still long enough for me to have a dramatic affect! I highly recommend this dress!

I just received the dress, I ordered it custom sized and the same color as the photo of the ad. It is stunning and fits like a glove. There is a layer on top of tulle ivory with the appliqués and two layers of peachy toned tulle underneath and the effect of the two colors together is very delicate and beautiful. The satin underskirt is of a very good quality material as well and nothing itches as I feared it would. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

I have used the dress for my engagement shoot. It was beautiful in photos and in person! Fitting was true to size.

It feels amazing! Snug without being constricting. The material doesn't feel cheap at all. The color looks the same in person as it does in the picture. Slightly on the orange side of red. Very vibrant!

I am actually in shock. This dress is beyond gorgeous in person. It looks like a $600 dress you would buy at a high end designer prom store. I had mine custom fit and sent in my measurements so it fits me perfect. The material it is made out of is beyond beautiful and very high quality. The beading and train are gorgeous. I would so highly recommend this to anyone and it arrived a week before the estimated time! Im in love!

Ordered my dress on 4/5/2018 and was originally to receive it on 4/21/2018. I was suppose to get a tracking number and never received it. I sent like 4 messages to customer service and they finally respond just to tell me that the dress would be in my hands on 4/26/2018. They guarantee I will have the dress on this date. My daughters Prom is on 4/28/2018(Cutting it close don't you think). As of today, I have not been given a tracking number to track the dress. Having said that, I don't think the dress will be here in time. My girlfriend sent them 6 emails today and received no response. Their communication is horrible. They will not allow you to post anything negative on their social media pages. If I could, I would rate this company with a -5.

I ordered two dresses for my daughters upcoming prom - Neither one of them look anything like the picture shown. One of the dresses is a completely different color from what I requested. I paid for expedited shipping (which I did NOT receive). I have been going back and forth with their customer services people trying to return the dresses and get a FULL refund... instead they keep offering me 15% discount when the dresses I ordered was clearly different from what I requested. It says on their website that I am qualified for a full refund which they are not giving me.

2. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.

The ONLY reason why I have given them 1 star is because I had to in order to post this review... needless to say they do not even deserve that!
