My dress arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Good quality fabric and very well made, and more than reasonably priced for the quality.

I paid extra for a rush order, tried to track down, but no luck. The person I chat with stated that it is was on HOLD that payment didn't go through and that was a LIED! The payment with through the same day that ordered it. I did received e-mail from them stating that my was being tailored, when I just ordered a regular size 8. REALLY I couldn't track my order to if on the website, so I called my credit card to dispute the charges, and to get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A RITE OFF, I'm going to report them to the California Consumer Affairs.

My daughters two-piece dress arrived a week later than promised. It was packaged in a ball inside a bag. 5-6 large sequins were falling off the top. I expected that we would have to get alterations since it was an online order, but at least a dozen more sequins started falling off the dress as my daughter stood still to have it altered! This was quite embarrassing. I got two emails telling me that the dress would ship once it got through quality control. Obviously, they need a new quality control system. I will never order from Hebeos again. I paid $170 for a dress that looked like it came from a secondhand store, with all the stuff falling off it.

I ordered a dress and when it arrived the straps were not as shown so that the dress was too big on the chest. I have been refused a refund after many emails detailing the problem with photographs and explanation. Clearly their policy is " no refund ". I would warn you to stay away from this company. There are plenty of other companies who offer a refund policy. I spent £70 which is wasted and have no more money to buy my Prom dress so am having to borrow one!

We were a little concerned with ordering a dress online, but I'm sure glad we did! The dress looks amazing in person. Production and shipping took a little bit of time, but it was so worth it in the end.

The dress is gorgeous! The quality is top notch. It isn't just good for the price. It's as good as, or better than, the high priced options in the stores. The best part is, it fits like a glove because it was made for her. Plus, she didn't have to stress about her size not fitting her like the ones in the store.

THe dress is beautiful! The fit is exact. I sent my daughter's measurements and the dress is perfect. It looks just like the picture with the exception of an alteration I requested. We are very happy with the dress.

Charged more than $100 for product with an order number that now shows up as "no order" on my daughter's account.

I ordered my prom dress from your website and was soo amazed with the wonderful fabric quality and fine work in the design! Alterations were needed as the train was extremely long, but I couldnt have been happier with my senior prom dress! Thank you!

Absolutely loved my dress. Had to get alterations done by closing the bust up and shortening the strap around my neck. Also had to have pleats put in and the first shirt layer tightened. Love it though.
