I order two dresses and one was cheap and did not fit correctly, and was not the right color. I contacted customer service several times saying I wanted to return the dress. The responses I received were off topic and barely applied to my situation. After sending pictures of the problems and providing my measurements, i was offered a 10% refund. This was a complete waste of money that I will never get back. Save yourself the frustration and trouble.

As stated in my previous reviews. I ordered my daughter prom dress on March 28th, 2018. I received a emailed on the 31st stating the dress was under tailoring(ok) then on April 11 i received another email stating i can expect to receive my dress with in 1 week and they even gave me the date of April 18 or sooner. I waited until the 19th to reach out to them through email of course because they give you no other option. They didnt respond to my 1st email so i sent out a 2nd email which they didnt respond to until after i posted my first bad review on this site. In that response they simply stated my dresses hasnt been shipped and asked when was my event, i stated that this was unacceptable and i wanted a full refund. Here it is 2 days later and i still havent received a response from this company so i have reached out to PayPal and Ive been told i dont have to do anything else they will handle it from here. I just really urge ppl to not trust this company and do not give them your hard earned money, they are complete FRAUDS!

This company has horrible customer service! The dresses were late and one came in the wrong color. The other dress was not as it appeared to be in the picture. Even though the wrong color was sent and I informed the company right away, as well as multiple times, I have not received instructions from Hebeos on how to return the dresses. The website clearly states that if the company sends the wrong color the dress can be returned. Do not order from this site.

This dress was perfect for a formal event I attended. The fabric is appealing. Very satin like and has a lot of stretchy give. Would definitely buy from Hebeos again.

We were scared about getting the dress because I don't trust online sites with shopping. I was wrong with this site. The dress is beautiful! The material is better than I expected. It doesn't look cheap. Size fit perfectly according to the size chart. Delivery time was fine, about a month for us (I just expected it to come earlier). All in all dress is perfect

Absolutely love the dress. The material is pretty good quality and forgiving material. I ordered the dress in US8 and the hips are a little snug but I knew that it would be considering my hips. I love it! The color was beautiful!

Perfect! The dress was exactly as we wanted it. The sewing was done perfectly and the dress was made from good fabric as well. The top looked the same and as did the skirt. Would love to buy from this website again.

Unless you are 100% sure you want the dress from looking at a picture on the website, do not order from this company. They do not allow returns unless you have a big problem. However it isnt stated in the return policy that you can only return the dress if it has a problem. For 4 weeks Ive been trying to return a dress that my daughter doesnt like and is too long on her but they will not approve my return. They offered 10% back which is about $15. Thats ridiculous. I have no idea how they can stay in business with such poor customer service.

I ordered a Burgundy dress from this company and when it came in it was Red and the wrong size. When I contacted them thru email I told them the problem and asked me to send pictures of the the dress showing them the wrong color and size. When I did they responded back saying they would refund me back 10% of the purchase price, which by the way was only $16. I did not accept it. So I went ahead and ordered a different style dress from them and asked it to be rushed and paid and extra $20 for it to be and I still have not received it and it is past the date stated from the company. No response from them either. I asked them to call me and I gave them my phone number... of course no call. So I will be disputing both claim on my credit card. UNACCEPTABLE

The website is a total scam. I have tried to contact customer service to cancel my order via LiveChat and email many times, however I haven't got a reply. They have stolen my money! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM WEBSITE!

The dress fit perfect and the color was beautiful! Definitely made my senior prom a lovely night, so many compliments on it. Thank you so so much!
